Save yourself time and money. They attempted to place an eviction on my rental record because I refused to pay for an out dated dishwasher that should have been replaced. Obviously they were unsuccessful with that because I moved before the hearing. They are now attempting to charge me for breaking my lease, the dishwasher which was over $400 and broken blinds. I took pictures of the entire unit. I would advised if you rent here take photos Before and after. They have since sent a final bill requesting over $5,000 which they aren’t getting, at least not from me. I now have to go to small claims court to recover my $1,100 deposit and stop them from placing charges on my credit report. Yea the units are inexpensive, but there is lots of previous damage they refuse to fix. They want tenants to pay for their appliance replacements. I don’t think they have property Insurance only liability which is why they continue to patch over leaks causing black mold and collapsing ceilings.
I’ve been living here almost a year now (2021-2022) and I have had absolutely zero problems. The ladies in the office are SOO nice and always very helpful. Never any bug or roach problems. Which is a HUGE deal to me and I’m sure everyone else. I think this is a great place to live and I plan on staying until I’m able to get a house!
If you're looking for awesome place to live please check out the ones I have only lived here since October of this year and they have helped me through so much every understanding they really care about the residents that take care of their properties they are like 100% the best people to run off of very clean very well taken care of!!!!!!
The Moors is a great place to live. It’s nice and quiet and the women in the office are more than eager to help. Saundra has been amazing answering any questions that I’ve had in the year that I’ve been here.

First off the only nice thing is that you get new carpet. Dishwasher is horrible. The place falls apart. My pantry door constantly fell off. My pantry shelf wouldn’t stay up. My toilet paper holder would fall off. The landlord constantly added hidden fees to my rent bill. If you’re a DAY late they automatically add $50 to your bill. If you don’t pay it in a WEEK they will threaten you with an eviction. These people act friendly but they’re far from it. This is the most money hungry company I ever rented from. Please be aware of this!! To what you will with this information

We have been living here for a few months now and absolutely love it! Our neighbors are so nice! The ladies in the office are great and the maintenance is wonderful!! We had a few things that needed fixed and they made sure it was done right! There is a bike path right behind our apartment and we love taking walks there! It’s so peaceful and really beautiful in the winter! Definitely recommend!!

Only 8 months here and nothing but problems. Not enough parking for the residents. Maintenance is willing to leave your apartment flooded if it's the weekend. The office never returns emails or calls about anything even if you have sent numerous.

I lived here 3 yrs and the last year and a half my apartment had roaches from a neighboring tenant that moved out and the complex took an unusually long time to rectify the issue. I never had roaches in any apartment I ever lived in. Parking lot floods terribly when it rains heavily and stuff floats in the water that is super gross. Alicia has been very nice and personable at the office but others not so much. I agree repair requests take a long time and the neighborhood can be very loud at times but you can't control the volume.

If the moors is your last option for housing keep looking. They have roaches, cigarette butts throughout the apartment complex, broke down cars in the parking lot, noisy neighbors and Teresa the property manager does nothing about it. The receptionist for t&r is rude and the manager for t&r Tammy does not respond to calls. They have not came and fixed things that were broken when I first moved in. Save your self the headache and go somewhere more professional and where they value their tenants. Urgently waiting for my lease to expire.

We moved in 5/2019 and just renewed our lease for another year. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Price is affordable, and we have a beautiful view of the trees from our balcony. There are a few minor inconveniences but honestly you will have that in any community.

While this isn't the nicest apartment in the nicest area, it is good space and decent quality for the price. I've lived here 2 years and haven't had many issues. Maintenance hasn't been as great as when I first moved here but the office staff has always been kind and helpful.

This community is terrible. Apartments are very over priced. Management never fixes anything on time. When you leave they will charge you for things you have no control over or make up charges so they don’t have to give you your deposit back.

Worst Community I've ever lived in. In order to get anything fixed you'll have to call the leasing office multiple times the building is falling apart, Neighbors are worse than loud all they want here is your money. Maintenance drive golf carts around the community and when they get stuck in the mud they'll Splash mud all over the front of your car and go about their day like nothing happened. When I called to let the leasing office know about this I was told they weren't sure maintenance would be willing to do something about the mud on my car after they're the ones who put it there in the first place. I'm so disgusted with this place and how they really don't care about the people that live here my ceiling has also been leaking for over a week I was told they would be here first thing Monday morning it's now Saturday I guess they're waiting for me to give them another call I guess my first call to emergency maintenance wasn't good enough.

I moved here last summer and have regretted it ever since. The most recent issue my ceiling began leaking right before Christmas and ended up costing me almost $1100.00 out of my own pocket. I had to call the office twice about the leak in which i didn’t notice until I came home after being gone for a few days and clothes and some of my child’s Christmas gifts were ruined and of course the stores wouldn’t let me take them back. The day maintence finally comes to look at the ceiling all the do is dump the bucket of mildew water out saying they couldn’t access the upstairs apartment due to a vicious dog which in our lease we aren’t allowed to have so I have to suffer longer. The ceiling didn’t get fixed until after the new year and when maintence did come they literally sprayed paint over my belongings because they didn’t cover anything up so I had to throw out dishes etc and what do you know I’m out of more money replacing these things. But they still want their rent payment on time. This place is over priced and literally sucks, especially maintence. The office ladies are nice and Theresa really tried to make things right but this has been the final straw! Me out of my money in which i can’t file an insurance claim for and they are not trying to reimburse. There better options than here!

This place is a rip off. As soon as our lease is up we are out of here. Worse apartment I've ever had.in our first two weeks we found a mouce, also our sink has been leaking since before we moved in bit we have to pay for water. We have to call in to see if we have packages and I had to get very nasty for maintenance to come fix our air when it was like 90° outside and inside. And on top of that the neighbors are loud!

I WASTED MY TIME MOVING HERE ALL THE WAY FROM IDAHO! I KNEW THERE WERE BREDD RESTRICTIONS ON DOGS BUT MY DOG BREED WAS NOT ON THE LIST, BUT BECAUSE HE WAS SO BIG OF COURSE THERE WERE COMPLAINTS! THIS PLACE SUCKS! MAINTENCE SUCKS! THE APARTMENTS SUCK! I BROKE MY LEASE MONTHS BEFORE IT WAS UP! IT WAS LIKE LIVING IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE! I TRIED TO HAVE MY GIRLFRIEND OVER A FEW TIMES BUT BECAUSE THE OUTSIDE UP KEEP WAS SO BAD SHE HATED VISITING ME! TRASH EVERYWHERE SPIDER WEBS EVERY WHERE JUST FILTHY! I BET NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WOULD EVER LIVE IN THAT TYPE OF ENVIORMENT! IT COULD BE A NICE PLACE IF THEY CLEANED IT UP, POWER WASHED THE BUILDINGS ETC BUT NOPE THEY WOULD RATHER THE TRASH AND FILTH.

my daughter was so excited about moving into her own place...that quickly grew to anger when she realized her apt had bedbugs. she sent pics to me and sure enough bedbugs!!

Full review to follow, but to sum up: in the two years I have lived here there have been two people shot on the property(drug related because they dont vet residents as they claim), multiple thefts and vehicle break ins, and my car was stolen. Not safe, would not recommend.
Just moved in and I love it ! The staff is super friendly and helpful , sha in the office is simple amazing! I have only had one maintenance request And in no time it was fixed ! The property is clean & I don't have to deal with the loudness of neighbors . Plus the locations great I can literally walk to Kroger's and Wendy's ! I just love it here .
It's a reasonable price for the area. I live in a 3 bedroom flat. It's all electric, so I don't have the hassle of a water bill or gas bill. It's fairly quiet area. Any concerns that I have are taken care of by the rental office.
A wonderful 2 bedroom garden, and 1 bathroom. Located among bike tracks and shopping areas.
I love the 2bed 2bath garden style apartment. You get so much square footage for the price you pay. I like that you also have access to a gym, laundry facility and a pool during the summer.
My Apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, with washer and dryer hook up and a dishwasher. There are 4 people living here. We pay $695 every month for rent. The rooms are very decent sized I have no complaints. Our showers creek as soon as we get in.. Other than that there are no problems. I love living in this area it is very peaceful and the neighbors are very friendly. It just gets a little hard to make sure I have rent on time.
