What happened to me: 1. Requested early move-out due to a military duty through email. 2. Could not received response. 3. Visited leasing office to ask the issue in-person. 4. People in leasing office said we will pay for lease until Aug 1 which is our move-out date. 5. Still no update for move-out through e-mail or documentation. 6. Repeating 4 and 5. 7. Today, Jul 31, just a day before requested move-out, they are suddenly saying we need to pay until Aug 20. It is totally fine if they have said that from the beginning, but suddenly changing their statement made me so disappointing (just a day before the move-out date).

When my girlfriend and I first moved in, in July of 2015 the complex was in a management transition and it showed. However, within a month, new staff came on board and the complex came back to life. The common areas are very nice, as is the pool area. The apartments are spacious and well laid out and the recent renovations bring great style to the units. Maintenance requests are few and far between, however when repairs are necessary,they are made quickly and efficiently. The staff are amazing. The maintenance team, led by Jorge and Jalloh, are superior to anywhere else I've lived. Derek, the property manager, and Tashima, his deputy, make life as easy as possible and are wonderful to talk to, on top of keeping up with anything the complex or weather can throw at them. The location is excellent and very quiet both between apartments from the main roads. Parking is also abundant within the community and it is exceedingly rare to not find parking in front of your building. Wonderful staff, wonderful common spaces, and easy access to the Rockville/Bethesda scene and highways make this an ideal complex. I would definitely encourage people to give it a chance.
Morgan is a great community to live. Good space in the apartments, trash valet and free parking are some of the perks. We really enjoyed last summer the swimming pool, gym and beautiful common areas. It is a family and pet friendly community. We have a baby girl and we were very pleasant to notice that a lot of families live here. I commute to DC every day so being close to Metro is really important. The management is very responsible and both the inside and outside the apartments are well maintained. We enjoy the quietness of the community but at the same time how close it is to get all your shopping done, I only reason I don't give this community five stars is because I think the rent is a bit pricey and does not include any bills.
