Great Building but the management did not communicate crucial pieces of information about the rental options and ended up taking the $400 fee before they shared the income requirements a week and a half later. The building's manager was on vacation during this whole time and could not be reached by other workers in thier organization that filled in. The issue then came in when the office manager at the time (building worker) that helped me initially with apartment showing and application process proceeded to leave abruptly. This resulted in the additional help from another property that was filling in for the week to be unable to access the system at this building to adjust information. Really unfortunate that they could not be better organized in their administration of this building. I do not feel comfortable giving this property money with things being so chaotic. I would be worried if something were to break in the apartment, that it would take much longer than expected to fix. Renters Beware

We rented a unit at the Morgan during our home renovation. We chose it based on spaciousness, light, green space, security, an outdoor patio, gym srea and a beautiful modern kitchen. It turned out to be an excellent choice! It is close to the lake and beach, close to Loyola, antique shops, restaurants and the lovely Edgewater neighborhood, St Gertrude church and coffee shops and Clark Devon Hardware! We love it here!
