Property Ratings at The Morgan
The workers never answer the phone. The front office staff always have an attitude and says she will handle it and does nothing. I would find a different place as the rent is not worth it either
I’ve been here two years and it’s been quite pleasant however I’ve had five packages go missing. All different carriers, all different stores. One thief actually signed a fake name with fedex in order to steal the package. Disappointed in human beings.
Beautiful apartments but currently living here and there is not adequate parking for the number of residents. Have to park outside of the complex and walk in.
This place is gorgeous, but they need more parking space I live here and my friends can’t come and spend the night or anything because they can’t park in the side that I live I don’t get why friends or family members have to park all the way to the other side to walk all the way to mines and on top of it there is not an exact area where it determines where the guest parking is at there is no signs or anything how can a person know where is at but then when they call the towing people we get our cars towed and then have to oh to get our car out but they are the ones that don’t specify where the parking is at
I had so many problems with this place, I am seriously thinking about breaking the lease. They had the worst construction company that built this place. After the construction finalized, they had to break the pavement again, because of water leakage underground. Water keeps seeping up through the asphalt! The management is horrible, they make up lies, stating that the neighbor's complaint about my TV being loud during the day! My TV was no even on the day in question, and even it was loud there's nothing unlawful about it! They charge a lot of money for this place not even worth it. I had to clean the hallway outside because they never have anyone clean it. They only have one garbage dumpster for the whole building, garbage dumpster is always overloaded, not enough for the whole complex, and we always have to deal with the extra traffic of people coming to dump their garbage here.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for places to move for a long time, not to mention we were on a time crunch because our current lease was running out. I first heard about The Morgan through a classmate of mine who also lived here with her boyfriend, I had heard of the complex before but was skeptical because it was so new. The second we stepped on the property and started touring we knew this complex was the one! The amenities are GORGEOUS and the clubhouse is so modern and spacious, not to mention the gym is beyond words! What is even more surprising is how beautiful the units are! The price makes it even better, especially for a college student. Alex let us tour the actual unit we had put an application in for! The natural lighting and backsplash make the kitchen so gorgeous and make me want to cook. The bathroom is spacious for a 1BR and has a lot of storage for all my stuff. I cannot rave enough about how amazing this complex is, they made the process easy and I am so glad I live here! If you are hesitant due to the fact it is so new don't be! Construction is all finished and everything is amazing! I love The Morgan!
