I have never in my life lived in an apartment complex where you put in atleast one work order and it is actually completed. Everytime i put in a work order they mark it as completed and lie and said they fixed it. But never once stepped inside my apartment. I have not had a working light in my kitchen for over three months. My tub and sink has been backed up over 6 months. My kitchen sink leaks over the floor everyday. The eyes on my stoves do not work. My ac was out for 3 months. I’m starting to get roaches from the leaking faucet that’s rotting the wood under my sick. I have never had roaches in any other apartment I lived in. I bombed my apartment they came back double. The fridge makes a noise so loud I’m just waiting for it to go out and have to start eating out a cooler. God forbid I call the woman in the front office it’s like I committed a crime. They are rude and complete liars. I have never been late on my rent they said I bounced a check and now I can’t pay my rent for free I now have to pay $60 debit card fee. What apartment has ever charged $60. They have always charged a convenience fee of $4.95 or a little more. Atleast once a week they email you that the water would be off. I feel sorry for the ppl that live upstairs, the stairs are wooden rotten and dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. I have read all they reviews and im hear to verify that all of them are true. I just wished I would have read them before I chose here. Please don’t come here save your money and your mental health. Next step City of St Pete for help.

This place is INFESTED with rats. One guy lost his dog to a rat bite, and an elderly lady has rats openly living in her apartment and nobody does anything. Like, imagine cooking and a rat is on the counter watching. I've walked into my own apartment to find a rat in the trash or on the counter just feasting on occasion. Then we have the trash. Management is trying, but people will litter around, and dump their trash bags on the ground outside of the trash compactor. It's fun when you cannot reach the compactor with your own trash because the path is covered in trash bags and ducks and or squirrels picking at the trash Kitchen appliances are outdated. My stove died two months ago, but I eat out so while it's inconvenient but fine. Still, nobody has come to look at it. We have vandals, so all the amenities are closed at the moment....we can see the pool for example, but it is always locked. The fitness center is locked.

Infested with rats. I've been here for 6 years. Every year, they've increased my rent by 60-120 dollars a month. They lure you in with cheap rent then increase it.

I moved here over the summer and the unit I am living in looks nothing like the model. Poor painting throughout. All appliances are outdated. Electric runs $280 a month.

Not only was the experience to obtain a lease a struggle, but the management is also terrible and rude. Work orders never get completed and we had an ongoing leak for 3 months before they FINALLY fixed the problem. Do yourselves a favor – save money and don't move into this hell hole!
If you wanna live with roaches and rats then this is your place because these apartments are full of them they are not upgraded at all the hallways smells like musk and rat pee they dont care about the people all they want is your money yet will not fix anything took them 2 months and half to replace air conditioning unit stayed in a cold apartment freezing and they still didnt care all they wanted was the rent though Christina is the only decent person in the office the manager is heartless Kathy is fake dont trust her the mantinece men dont fix anything yet they have time to watch your apartment and tell the manager if you have a boyfriend that visits or not which is mine of they business the trash compactor is always over flowing with trash everywhere and the gym is always closed the pools are never open yet the leasing office does the most about them rat and roach infested apartments dont move here for the same price you can go somewhere else with updated appliances and nice clean rat and roach free ooh and I almost forgot about the mildew and mold trust me you will thank me later.
These pictures were taken today. 1 compactor for the whole complex. It looks like this every weekend. Huge piles of trash where you can't even get into the entrance. 80% of the time there is furniture stacked by dumpster. By the way this isn't hidden. It's by an entrance and faces street so all your visitors can see. Laundry rooms frequently dirty. They don't want you to see your unit until time to move in. There is a reason. They do not look like the one they show you. They have been painted layer after layer until you can peel it off. Even inside of tub and wall is painted ! They don't renew, just paint over. Including mold. Have never seen this done. I saw a carpet dyeing truck by apt so your carpet may not be new, just dyed. My bedroom ceiling was leaking on last big rain. Office staff are nice and the few maintenance workers are nice and really try to keep up. One of the amenities in brochure , the "car care center" has water turned off now. Water bill "too high". One fountain has not worked since I've been here. "Expensive to fix". Trash in the lake. I hear there is going to be a substantial rent increase but things are getting worse. I had horrible drafts during the winter by doors and window. Looks good on the outside (except garbage) but it's not what it seems. I wish I had known before I moved in.

Horrible experience thus far. Leasing office acts like they care before you move in but once you do it all goes out the window. Roaches in the dishwasher that they failed to properly inform pest control about(despite very detailed communication on my end) and now they claim pest control "isnt returning our phone calls" and have taken no initiative to fix the issue. Ive been forced to contact corporate. Im going to wind up paying out of pocket to hire my own pest control. The walls are super thin. Outsiders use the pool every single day, which they claim security takes care of but they dont because they are only here on weekends and you cant get in contact with them. I moved in 2 months ago and still am missing entire kitchen drawers. Currently cant flush my toliet because the handle is broken which maintenance came to fix, except they left it still very clearly broken and unusable. The pool turned green and was closed for weeks so they also cut off use of the fitness center for weeks. The list goes on and its only been 2months. The only helpful one is Kathy in the office but her hands are tied because the manager is never on the property. STAY FAR AWAY from this horrendous place.
I moved in in February and I'm pretty happy- this isn't the nicest apartment of my life but I have few complaints. There was an ownership switch right before I moved in so there is a new office center and new gym that just opened. I heard both of them took FOREVER but I got here at the right time I guess. The apartment I live in is a 2/2 and its huge. It's NOT brand new but almost everything that's not perfect is merely cosmetic- the stove was brand new too. Maintenance can take a few days but in my experience that's typical (plus they're busy renovating half the property). I have had no pests problems and the landscaping is done regularly. The 3 pools are all nice and I never see another person in them. The neighbors I've met are all nice though I haven't had the desire to forge real friendships with any. Noise is not a problem for me. The neighborhood is decent, not the best.
Maintenance - 0 Office staff - 0 Unit condition - 5 Don't make the mistake. Staff are rude, condescending and non responsive to all issues except payments.
These apartments are way to unorganized they don't fix anything the ppl in the office don't care about you and don't try to help with anything, they have bad pest and always changing staff and things seem to be getting a lot worse and the list goes on I'm moving out now because this is such a garbage apartment smh.
First off, I love the apartment and am very happy with the space and with Kathryn in the office. She has been more than kind and helpful. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and kind. However, the property manager is less than kind or friendly. My second month in my apartment I was on a trip out of town and had my purse stolen and my bank account emptied by the theif. My rent was 4 days late (I notified the office of the occurrence) and they proceeded to fine me $100 for late rent! I talked to the property manager and she cut me off mid sentence and said, not exceptions, the fine is permanent. I had police documents, bank statements to show the situation, etc. Unfortunately they were quick to get me signed to a lease (and I moved in before the apartment was ready which is another story) BUT she wasn't willing to assist me as a new tenant in a time of need and waive the fee. Really disappointed. Nice place to live besides the treatment from property manager.

Love the apartment, wish they made homes like it. Some updates are needed, but not many. Love the tenants, office staff especially Cathy who almost seems like your mom. Would love to stay here longer, but by paying rent to something you will not own makes it difficult. Would love to be a winner and stay longer in a great place to live.
i love this place. I have lived here over 8 years and I love it. I upgraded from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom because I didn't want to leave As my family grew. My apartment is very spacious. The office staff is wonderful. Ms.kathy is the best she has been here the longest and has always been helpful. Maintenance responds quickly most times same day or if not that very next morning.
Very quiet and tranquil environment. It is a very friendly place where everyone is nice and helps out with anything you need. I haven't lived there very long but it has been a fantastic place to live.
