Look elsewhere. The Morgan is pretty on the outside, but so many operational and functional issues make me believe this community was not built with quality in mind.

Wonderful community - interiors are very nice and high end. Common areas are well maintained and very clean. Lots of parks and areas to walk my dog. I enjoy that I can walk to Whole Foods, the mall, and other local stores.

Kathy and Brock were awesome. The amenities are incredible. The facility is A ., but the facility management is poor beyond belief.

The Morgan is a very well designed and exceptionally well-built residence. The amenities and services available are well conceived and well managed. The leasing staff and move-in process is exceptional in how smooth it flows, and our initial week of living here has made us that much more certain of our decision to live here.

I was first interested in and viewed The Morgan because of its location, floor plan and apperance, but I will be staying because of the management, who are without exception all professional, friendly and committed to providing the tenants with a superb experience.
