Property Ratings at The Morrison
I've lived in a few different apartments for employment purposes. New cities, new people, and new environments - it's always different each time. The number of restaurants and bars is the SOHO area's beauty - a great place to make friends. The location of the apartments is within 5 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 10 Minutes to the International Mall - like how could I complain?! The apartment is quiet, the people are friendly, and it's smaller than other places I've lived. I think an upgrade or two would benefit lockers for packages and EV charging stations. I want a Tesla, but afraid it'll die without charging it. Other than that, Paul is fantastic - quick and reliable. Alyssa is transparent when she speaks to you and is honest, with no sugar coating. So far, my experience here is better than in other places I have lived - thanks!
