Property Ratings at The Nathaniel
The wonderful experience begins with Ashley in the leasing office. She is professional, patient and very helpful. Overall, she is just great to work with. The building is truly excellent and the rest of the staff do not disappoint. It is extremely well maintained with stylish, fresh, immaculate apartments and amenities. Highly recommend The Nathaniel.
This apartment is beautiful and the Biulding is very nice. The apartment is small and the bedrooms size and layout leaves much to be desired. The sink in the bathroom isn't great either. Having said all that is bad with the apartment, if you are looking at the pictures, you can see how amazing this place is and I love living here. The rent is too high for the square footage, but you will love living here.
