Poor management
Poor management will not respond to text phone calls emails after you sign lease agreement

DO NOT RENT HERE
The only reason I gave this a 1-star review is because there is no option for ZERO stars. Management is terrible. The landlord is a corporate entity from out of state. They are slow to respond to maintenance and repair requests (if they respond at all), and it frequently takes multiple attempts to repair the problems properly. They try to shift blame to the tenants, when the problems are clearly their responsibility to remedy, and make specious claims that they "were not notified," even in the face of clear documentation (email chains) that they were. They are unreasonable when it comes to rent concessions for their poor quality facilities and lack of timely responses. I would not recommend living here.
