Property Ratings at The Niles Community
Very good location around anything you need and also 3 good school systems. Everyone in the building is welcoming and great atmosphere for all of us that live here. So many conveniences to indivual washer and dryers, gym, community room, barner beauty salon storage space, movie rooms as well as a library. Lots of activities for residents. The staff and management are friendly and always available when needed.
I find everything to be convenient, and easy access to stores, restaurants, and all else.
Great area for location as well as nice clean maintained facilities
I have been telling everyone I know how much I love my new residence. The complex is beautiful! The residents are friendly. The staff is kind, helpful, and professional. I feel so lucky to be living at Harbor Woods!! I could not be more pleased with my choice!
The management team here at Harbor Woods is outstanding! Our community room is attached to the apartments so we do not have to go out in the cold to meet friends for coffee in the morning. Management is cordial to my family when they are around. We love Harbor Woods!
These apartments are beautiful! Very new place. Wish they would have put concrete in between each floor though

Nice location. I was looking for entirely senior living. This is not that place as they allow all.
A really nice place to live, I'd recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
Would recommend due to the good location being close to everything you would need, and the fact that seniors were in mind when the property was built,
Location may be too noisy by main roads for my mother. She may also need an assisted living instead not sure yet. Leasing agent was awesome and apartments looked very nice and reasonable price
Very safe, clean environment... amenities are substantial and a very relaxing atmosphere
Give those visiting the whole packet that tells the cost/or no cost of all things provided (ex: garages, maintenance, storage, etc.) It's difficult to remember everything said, so more written information on size of each room, number & size of closets, etc. One showing without this written information is not enough.
The front office are Great people and easy to work worth. Its a real shame the Maintenance Man is leaving.
I would highly recommend this apartment community to my friends and family. The apartments are very up to date and clean. Lots of amenities!
I think the age friendly features are nice. The living concept of this facility is quite good.
A bit pricey for Niles. Non smoking facility which is great. Under the Apartment Amenities the dishwasher and microwave are not mentioned. They do have these appliances. It also says there is a Tub/Shower which is incorrect. There is only a shower where you can sit on both ends. The handicap rooms have a tub per one of the handicapped tenants. No swimming pool and there never will be per manager.
