Property Ratings at The Nines at Gleneagles Apartments
Quiet, well kept community. Close to the Maryland/Virginia/Washington DC metropolitan commuting area with easy access to all major highways.

We are delighted to see your outstanding review. Our team loves providing an exceptional experience to our residents.
Very nice apt with hardwood floors, all the appliances including washer/dryer, HVAC for air conditioning/heater, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, lot of lighting, quiet. Walk-in closet large bathroom. Sprinkler system reduces renters insurance cost. Biggest complaints are ridiculously excessive rent increases since pandemic ended (which may force me to move). Also smell of weed from some other residents, birds building nest under stairs, visitors cannot park in lot after 11pm even though there are plenty of open spaces.

We are glad you have been impressed with our apartment community. Thank you for the many stars!
Very nice neighborhood, clean, quite and well kept up. The office staff very nice and maintenance is on time with request. Would recommend apartments to others.

It is indeed our pleasure to provide an outstanding place for you to call home! If you need anything at all, please feel free to reach out.
This has been such a great community to live in. I have been here for one year and just renewed my lease for another year. I am not in the market to purchase a home anytime soon so I am making Nines at Gleneagles my home for some years.

Your happiness is always our goal! We appreciate your support.
Very quiet. Love the spacious interior. Family friendly. Golf course, tennis courts, dog park, sitting areas right outside your door, swimming pool.... what's not to love?

The amenities, and professional staff have been a support since I've been here. I've never had someone call and just check on my well being

We appreciate your validation of our efforts to provide a wonderful community for our valued residents!
Beautiful community. My only issue is there’s no fitness center. I had issues with my apartment moving in but I ended up just taking care of them myself. Neighbors can be noisy sometimes but overall I love my apartment.

We appreciate your acknowledgment of our top-notch community! If we can do anything for you, please let us know.
I’m not happy with my decision to move here. It has been one problem after another since day one. Living on the bottom floor has been a huge problem when it comes to outside critters.

Please allow us an opportunity to learn more so we may involve our pest control team and make you more comfortable in your home. When convenient, please get in touch with our office.
Friendly staff, quick responses, definitely would recommend to a friend. Reasonable costs for very nice community. The common areas are clean. The landscaping is upkept and nice.

Thank you for sharing your satisfaction with our community! If we can do anything for you, please let us know.
I have lived here for 5 years going on my sixth. Things have changed due to new management. For example, there is no security controlling the apartments anymore, under the new management. Two many large dogs in apartments, owners do not pick up behind them. Some do their business in the hallways. Residents smoke in hallways and leave papers and cigarette butts in the hallways. We need cameras in these apartments!

Thank you for being our loyal resident, Tonia. We want to ensure your continued satisfaction, so we would like to discuss your feedback about pets, fellow residents, and measures to keep our community peaceful. Will you please call or visit the office to have a conversation sometime soon? We appreciate your time.
The Nines at Glen Eagles is a pretty good place to live overall. Pros: the buildings are maintained outside and look very nice. The grounds are well-kept and the amenities like the pool are nice. The apartments are spacious and bright and have decent size rooms. The community is quiet and it feels safe. Cons: the apartments are outdated and the appliances in the kitchen are as basic as you can get. Countertops are inexpensive laminate. While I enjoy living here, it is very expensive.

We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to know you enjoy our well-kept community and the spacious homes we offer. If your appliances need our attention, we ask that you please call or stop by the office for assistance. Thank you.
The Nines at The Apartment of Saint Charles is one of the best apartment complex in the Waldorf area. 9ft ceilings make the apartment feel spacious. The maintenance crew are responsive and work diligently to fix your issues. The grounds are kept cleaned year round. Neighbors are respectful and welcoming, for the most part. It's a nice quiet area. You're within walking distance of White Plains Park.

We are delighted by your compliments for our community! Thank you for sharing about our spacious homes and our team's great care.
I moved in six months ago. I love, love, love everything about The Nines at Gleneagles. I have a spacious one bedroom, a balcony facing the tennis/pickle ball courts. But my main love is the environment: quiet and peaceful that suits my spirit.
Property Manager at The Nines at Gleneagles Apartments, Responded To This Review
We just love hearing such glowing praise from a valued resident! Thank you for acknowledging our attractive environment, superior amenities, and peaceful setting. See you on the pickleball court real soon!
This complex is conveniently located in the heart of Southern, MD. It has access to all major areas around the DMV area. It is a great place to raise kids, full pool area and large community center. The grounds are kept up nice and maintenance is always available. The rental office is phenomenal. The outside lighting is very bright too. I Don't want to call any other place HOME but here. Dona B. Wiggins, Waldorf, MD
My modern but yet cheat amenities apartment is located just on the border line of La Plata and Waldorf. I have a two bedroom two bath with all the features you may need for a family of three. My apartment a month is $1,695 a month. Which is completely outrageous. Half the amenities are broken or dysfunctional. It's a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. I would greatly appreciate having free rent for life but definitely not in this over priced neighborhood. I rate my apartment as a three star average because yet it's too expensive to sit in traffic and there are no attractions here to price them so high I do applaud them on cleanliness and upkeep of the community.
We were first shown this absolutely gorgeous and spacious apt and when they showed us the one we would be moving to, it was half the size. We wanted the bottom floor with a terrace and they had no more. So we ended up getting the 2nd floor apt over the model. Still not the same. Shower instead of a bath tub in the master. Well we get all moved in and a day later a neighbor who is truly not nice is smoking like an old beat up car!!! I'm miserable and so are my children. One with very bad allergies and the other with asthma. I asked him very nicely could he possibly crack a window while he is smoking and he totally got very angry with me and didn't believe that I asked him to do so. The rental office will do nothing. Needless to say we are renting some where that we most likely will have some type of respiratory problems or we will break our lease. Thanks for nothing!!!
