Quirky, artistic, and never boring, Fremont is one of Seattle's most-loved neighborhoods. Residents call it the "Center of the Known Universe" and if you are looking for apartments in Fremont, it may quickly become the center of your universe. Be prepared for the unique art scattered through the neighborhood. You're likely to see everything from a statue of Vladimir Lenin to a troll crushing a Volkswagen Beetle. The troll (of course ) sits under a bridge and was sculpted by four local artists in 1990.
Fremont is located along the north side of the Lake Washington Ship Canal, directly across from Seattle Pacific University. Woodland Park, home of the Woodland Park Zoo, borders the northern edge of the neighborhood. The University of Washington is a few minutes east of Fremont. This colorful, trendy, bohemian neighborhood is about four miles north of Downtown Seattle.

Property Ratings at The Noble Apartments
My experience with the management team, Sebastian, Brian and the newest hire in the front desk area has been excellent. Very professional and also caring. I would recommend The Noble anytime to anyone. Not taking advantage or exploiting move out costs or the deposit, which across the board has happened at every other place I've lived, was perhaps the greatest experience of all. Good security, responds quickly to service requests. Someday, if there is a Noble in Bend, Oregon, where I've moved to, I will again become a resident! Best, Eric

Hello, Thank you for your awesome feedback. We are excited to hear how amazing your experience at the Noble has been and that the team has been so friendly! Best regards, The Noble Apartments Management Team
Love my apartment but management is spotty and rent is too high for what is currently available.
The Noble is such a lovely place to live! I love the urban meets family neighborhood feel! Brian, the leasing agent was so helpful and kind and the units are so cute! I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
I love living at the Noble. Jessica and Starling are amazing, warm, and caring. I don't see them very often, but when I do, they are always so helpful and friendly. I like that the building is well maintained and secure. It's a beautiful place. The location is also fantastic.
Nice place to live. Nice folks working here. Good, quiet community.
Newer, secure and generally well maintained building. Staff is on site friendly and responsive. Pretty quiet, considering the capacity. Residents tend to be younger professionals who are new to town. Lots of dogs, and dog issues at times. Excellent neighborhood with just about everything you need day-to-day within walking distance, including some good dining. Very good access to highways 99, 5, and 520. Good for downtown Seattle or Eastside commuters. Very good close by bus stops with service to all points. Somewhat heavy street traffic nearby that can be noisy. Proximity to Burke-Gilman trail, Lake Union (6 mile loop), Green Lake (3 mile loop) and Woodland Park make this a prime locale for runners/walkers/bikers. A couple of gyms located close by (no special deals for Nobel residents, though). Lovely roof deck that gets well-used but is kept clean. The 2 grills (w/sinks!) there are great but are not always in top working order. Some apartments have decks but for some reason grills are not allowed on them. Lots of free street parking and some free covered parking may be found in garage (there is also a secure paid section). Atlas Networks is available for internet, a welcome and affordable alternative to Comcast and C-Link. Nice media rooms loaded with Direct TV. A gym is supposedly being added in 2016. Utilities add $100 /month. Fees for pets, bikes, among other things. Big penalties for early lease termination. Rents offered can vary a great deal day-to-day depending on demand. Read your lease very carefully before signing.
