We love the quiet of this complex. Maintenance is quick to respond to request; great group of people. Gym and pool area were renovated recently. Apartments are being renovated as people move out which has raised rent in the complex.
The Oakley is very nice and is a peaceful living community. I have enjoyed my time here so far. The maintenance team is super awesome and quick to respond to problems. The office staff is fantastic and very professional. I hope the rent price does not increase.

Very mellow apartment complex. Amenities are awesome. If you need to get in touch with maintenance, it’s never a drawn out process. Always timely and respectful.
I enjoy relaxing on the outside. I’ve met some really nice people at the Oakley. My family feels safe and secure living here. It’s a nice place to come home to.

So far things are great! We have been displaced from our home due to damage caused by a lightning storm and we’re staying in a one bedroom suite for three weeks. This two bedroom apartment is so nice!

Only complaint I have is the trash valet service skips me a few times a week and the gate issues from time to time. Other than that, no complaints.

Its a nice place to live but the rent is getting to be too much for my budget as the additional fees for parking, trash, and billing add up each month. For now its a quiet location and maintenance staff is the best. It has new gym equipment and a pool makeover.

The parking needs to be more organized, each unit should have their own designated parking space. The parking space is very small and crowded.
Safe community and kind staff. There is a nice pool area in a central location. However, the gym could be nicer considering the monthly payment to live here.
This is a very quiet 2nd year here. Almost no one in our building. Really like it. Just wish there were 3 bedrooms and a patio or roomier balcony.
This is an awesome complex. We feel very safe here and the amenities are great. Very different than other places, we feel as that we still have a great deal of privacy.
Rent is way too high and seems like I have to call maintenance every other week. Thankfully they respond quickly. Office staff is slow to get things done but want to ride people about following the rules. The pool was closed for most of the summer last year as well as the gym was closed for the better part of a year and the residents received no compensation for this.
We have lived here for 5 years and love it. Gated community that is very quiet. My only complaint would be parking ; it is always a problem but I pay for a reserved spot to make sure we have a place to park close to our apartment
It’s great! The only problem with this apartment complex is the parking situation. But other than that there are no complaints. The staff is great. The people at the office are helpful. Nothing bad about this place
It’s always been so nice and quiet living here at The Oakley. Office and maintenance personal are always helpful. Pool is well kept and beautiful.
Awesome experience! All the workers are nice! Hats off to the maintenance crew! I had a small ceiling leak and they came immediately and fixed the situation!!
As I was moving in many of my neighbors came out and introduced themselves and were very friendly! All the dogs are very sweet! The play pens for the dogs are a pretty decent size and bags and a trash cans are provided through the place.
The move in experience has been awesome. Christy in the office has been a tremendous help. The maintenance needed has been excellent. I wish there was a playground for the kiddos, but still worth leasing here.
I've been here for almost a week now, and I must say, everything has been absolutely fantastic. I have no complaints at all. This experience has truly been awesome!
This place is typically well kept. The renovations are very nice. I feel safe at this apartment complex. The people who do exterior repairs and renovations don’t give you any warning however. I discovered this on one of my days off when I was woken up to someone beating on my bedroom window. Fortunately for me, it was the maintenance guy working on the shutters unbeknownst to me. I also typically don’t have to worry about finding parking close to my apartment. Fair warning, don’t park under the overhang. On my first day, when I was moving in, they towed my car and required me to pay the fine.
Everyone has been so nice and helpful. The leasing office has been easy to work with. I also like the ring doorbell cameras already being set up.
I like living here but it has gotten increasingly expensive. I understand the cost of living has gone up everywhere but it still makes it difficult when prices continue to rise. The staff is always friendly and helpful though.
My only complaint is the lack of designated parking spots. Often time I have to park further from my apartment than I would like, otherwise I’m happy

Can’t ever find parking. Why half the cars have no sticker. Other than parking, everything else is good. Quiet place to live and close to work.
I love it the area and my apartment is great, the price is not so great.. Most are not getting much in pay increase but the rates keep going up.. Matinance is really good and very polite. The office staff is great
Not the best but certainly not the worst. 7/10. Some neighbors are loud and I absolutely hate climbing the stairs and we were told before move in that we were on the ground floor. We are on the 3rd
Great amenities and spacious rooms! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love having the option to purchase a garage and parking carport for the convivences of having kids! The pet stations around the facility are so awesome and helps the kids be more responsible and they love helping out!

It is very aggravating that the pool was closed for almost all of summer and that is the biggest amenity that we pay for. I could go live somewhere a lot cheaper but I chose here BECAUSE of the pool. We could at least have money taken off our rent if we aren’t getting to use the facilities. Not to mention how long the gym has been closed for “renovation”. The maintenance guys are awesome and go out of their way to help which is one of the only good things about this complex. The office staff doesn’t seem on top of things. They all the sudden make us pay for this trash pickup then no one comes to pick it up for weeks. Overall my time living here has been mediocre at best. I love the location and that is one of the only reasons I’m considering renewing my lease but it’s still up in the air :/

This is a very safe community that is well kept. I gave it 4 stars for the following reasons. I felt safe in this community. The groundskeeper keeps this place very clean. Everything was newly renovated so it did not feel like someone else had lived there previously. Things I did not appreciate. MY very first day here, like the day I moved in, my car was towed. some of the amenities such as the gym that I am paying for is not available for me to use. Also it is surprisingly difficult to get in touch with the office prior to moving in. Because the complex was recently bought out, there are multiple numbers you have to call in order to hopefully reach someone. overall, this place is a great place to live

I've lived her for over 4 years and things are "a changing" with new owner . As people move out they are renovating with a vinyl flooring that looks like wood (since there is no longer any carpet and padding between floors the noise has grown exponentially), new cabinets, new appliances, etc. The rent on those units is hundreds of dollars a month more. I would love to move to an updated unit but its just doesn't make sense financially. I have to pay for a reserved spot to guarantee I have a place to park near my unit. Pool area was renovated but Gym is currently still closed almost a year later. Neighborhood is mainly quiet and staff is friendly and helpful.

I really like living here. It is a perfect location for me. They are in the process of updating apartments as people move out. I think it would be nice if they fixed some of the problems that everyone seems to have here also. Leaky kitchen faucets, refrigerator that the seals around the freeze lets water drip out on the floor every time you open it. The washer and dryers are old. The faucet in my shower comes on with really hot water and to adjust it it is actually done in millimeters until you can get in the shower. Replace the appliances in all the apartments. This valet trash pick up is probably good for some people but I don’t need it or want it. Give people a choice. I don’t want another $25 added to my rent for something Like that. Hire more ground people to keep the trash picked up. You should do things to keep the people here wanting to renew their leases. The office staff are nice and helpful. Nice place to live

It’s good and safe living in these apartments,it’s nice and quiet neighbors are polite and very quiet maybe the parking is a little tough sometimes, can’t find a parking space , I guess depending on what time you come in. If the parking wasn’t a issue I would had gave 5 stars.

Love my apartment, do not like major increase in rent for short term lease renewal. Lease is over 50 pages and not renter friendly. New management has not been honest.
