Property Ratings at The Oaks Apartments
I have lived at The Oaks for a year now. I love it here!!! The staff if very helpful and friendly. Maitenance is amazing. I had an issue with my dryer and they were knocking on my door within 5 minutes of me making a call! If there is an issue the landlord makes sure it is taken care of right away. The property is well manicured and taken care of. In the winter they do a wonderful job keeping the road/parking lot clear and salted when it snows. Very pet friendly. My fur babies are very happy here. There are multiple pet exercise/walk areas. Very quiet. Most tenants are young professionals or retired individuals. I would HIGHLY recommend The Oaks.
My husband and I just moved to The Oaks, and we have been very impressed. The apartment has been well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is very quiet. We are thankful to be here!
So glad I found a pet friendly apartment complex. They make it so easy to take your dog out and clean up after they do their business. There is also a very nice pool and other amenities. Neighbors and staff are great as well!

The maintenance and office staff are friendly, and most efficient. We have a quiet, friendly and clean neighborhood. I would recommend The Oaks with confidence!
This is a high quality apartment complex. Most residents are young professionals, thus there is thankfully a lack of loud parties. Maintenance responds very promptly and fixes everything well. The apartments are close the the highway and are worth every penny.
