We have been here for almost a month and I love it here so much, the apartments are very clean and quite management team are very understanding and friendly and maintenance team is amazing

Beautiful community and staff is very friendly. My experience so far here has been great ( moved in 10-15-24) only thing I could complain about, would be noise after 10 pm

Great apartments nice and quiet with plenty of perks and events that the office throws. They make any problems you have easy to call and they are very easy to get in touch with when you need to chat to someone about something specific.

Buen servicio se los recomiendo lo único q no tienen cámaras de seguridad en el área de las habitaciones ni tampoco en los parques es poca seguridad si ponen cámaras sería el condominio perfecto

Was great when we moved in 5 years ago but has really gone downhill. Trash is all throughout the complex, our staircase is caked in garbage that stinks on hot days, they got rid of the night guard years ago and the pool has been a nightmare to live by ever since. We initially paid more to have an apartment with a resort pool view, but it's the absolute worst with people screaming and blasting music so loud we can't hear our own TV. The apartments know its an issue and just send out weekly texts reminding people of the rules, or just shutting the pool down to everyone instead of actually doing something about it. Our apartment itself is really nice, love our vaulted ceilings, they painted the exterior and upgraded the pool area, so they are trying to improve in ways, but it's like putting lipstick on a pig, wish they'd address the actual issues. Definitely would not recommend moving here, there's nicer places down the street for the same price.

No security gate so anyone can access the complex undeterred at anytime. Noisy neighbors. No explanation(s) as to why maintenance takes forever and/or why the maintenance order was not completed. Rude staff at leasing office. Pool is always closed due to violations/violators. Vehicle break-ins. No lockers for packages and packages cannot be left at the leasing office. Residents refuse to clean up after their pets. Residents refuse to put their garbage/trash in the dumpster. Almost every week there is a long email or text about lease violators/violations. This apartment complex is not safe and your hard earned money would be better spent at a more secure apartment complex. I encourage you to do two visits this apartment complex on your own accord. Ride through the complex, park your vehicle and walk around. Visit once during the day and once at night . You might be amazed, appalled, both and possibly more,

The Oaks is a great community to live in. They have nice amenities and the staff is very nice and professional. The layout of the apartment is really nice. I love the access to shopping and the highway.

I’ve been here for 4 years now and just renewed for another 14 months. Mostly quiet community which I appreciate. The large patios are a big bonus!

Best apartments I’ve found here in Pflugerville very affordable and very comfy. The pool and the barbecue pits are good way to wind down on the weekends. And they just added a weight bench in the gym. 10/10 I do recommend

When my job transfers me to their new facility I am out of here and I will pay whatever to break my lease. Every week it is something going on at this complex from vehicles broken into, to water outages, alarms going off late at night and early in the morning and the list goes on and on. Why do I keep completing these surveys and nothing is being done? That was a rhetorical question to myself.

Totally satisfied. Office workers are polite, helpful & the grounds are well kept weekly. My only complaint is parking. We could certainly use a good deal more. On week-ends it's really difficult to find a space near your apt.

I have nothing but problems, first when we move in the apartment was duty full of dust and floors were very dirty, toilet did not work, door to washer and dryer was very loose kind of falling off, my car got broken into twice, not sure if that's how you get people to be force to pay for a garage.
