Most of Toms River is on the New Jersey mainland, but a section of the city on Barnegat Peninsula enjoys a beautiful beachfront position on the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to Seaside Heights. The Oaks

Poor parking design. Not enough handicap parking. Building design looks like a jail, and actually living there feels like you’re in jail. It’s not at all like a place you would like to call home. Way too strict and feels like you’re in kindergarten.

Visitors parking

This huge apartment complex only had 6 visitor parking spots. I stopped by to visit someone and informed them I parked in the furthest resident spot due to NO parking. I was told to illegally park at the Ocean County Mall and walk over.... nice going management!!
