Looking for the ultimate apartment building that fits into your life style this building is for you, short distance to beautiful Lake Merritt and to bay area transit system and twenty minutes away from magnificent San Francisco. This building is for you if you want convenience out of life.

I love my apartment, but it stinks!!!
I love where I live, but it stinks - why? When I moved in, I spent $$$ to clean it when I moved into it. The rent was raised the first year I was there and the rep from the agency asked if she could photograph it for marketing purposes. NO. Then she asked me if I was moving - NO. Yet the rent went up. I am still paying $$ to fix this or that because it is a time waster to call the rental company for their maintenance guy to come out at 8 pm at night to fix things. I could move, but I do like where I am at. If you are planning to move to the Oakland / SF Area - be aware that the rents are UBER high and you do get what you pay for with no satisfaction!
