We have full time 24hr maintenance and respond to all calls in as timely a manner as possible. Sometimes with everyone's busy schedules there can be a timing issue, which we strive to avoid. Over 90% of our calls are handled in a day, unless parts are out of stock.
The worst apartments in Lake Jackson, Tx. Looks nice but it is all for show. Moved in had fleas in my carpet after telling management they seemed to never help so hired someone. Later had a roach problem (which is my worst fear nasty)My ceiling leaked even after new roof was put on. Manager was NEVER in office and was closed when it should be open. She was seemed to be upset with personal problems and was was very rude..There was no Maintenance on site so I had a broken sink, cabinets, my bathroom and kitchen leaked never fixed. Also pool is never open during the summer. At night loud music and people selling drugs lots of thugs.Moved in with boyfriend I did not want to break lease so was like a storage. When lease was up I moved out and was charged bogus charges the manager made up stuff like I stole light bulbs and put holes in the wall. Worst place ever to live! Even worse management.

We have spent over $2m with new cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances and many more modern upgrades like dual master sinks even in one bedroom homes. We pride ourselves as the best value in Lake Jackson for upscale living. We offer weekly pest control with a regional company and will treat between visits as requested. Resident just has to call or visit the office which is open daily and Saturdays 10-4. We have never had an issue with office personnel who are available every day but Sundays and in an emergency 24/7. Our property is drug free per our detailed lease. All move out charges are meticulously documented and photo graphed. We offer full documentation of all charges to anyone who requests and only charge what is in the list of charges at lease inception. If the home is left clean and in the condition it was rented and all rent is up to date there are no charges.
I was a visitor at the Oaks of Lake Jackson. I ended up losing my wallet. The PROPERTY Manager ends up contacting me. Telling me that someone turned in my wallet. I was very thankful to her and her staff. So I was thankful that there is still honest people out here. Thanks again for reaching out to me ??
Vehicle was towed without any sort of warning warning even though I was parked in my assigned spot. The office ignored my calls/messages for three days. Brought it to the attention of the property manager who refused to accept responsibility or cover the bill. On a side note, dated equipment makes for frequent maintenance calls and almost double my previous apartment's electricity bill. The promise to make this a gated community has also been broken. All in all, definitely not worth it to live here.
My mother moved in a few months ago and has been pretty happy here. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. She and I will always recommend it to others.
Moved here about 2 years ago and it was a fantastic decision! First rented a 1br/1ba upstairs. The apartment was GORGEOUS! It has a spacious master bedroom, stunning remodeled kitchen...such a great apartment that we decided to renew for a 2br/2ba downstairs! Absolutely fell in love with the quality of our 2nd unit as well! There are massive amounts of storage , closets, space, the kitchen is beautifully remodeled, with a huge master + second bedroom. Plus the bathrooms are amazing and it is truly a great place to live!
I just moved here and as soon as I walked in the two leasing agents Yolanda & Nataly were amazing! Very helpful, fast an caring! They made sure my kids and I had an easy and smooth move! Their property is well maintained and very peaceful. Overall a great experience will definitely recommend to friends and family!
The office lady’s are very helpful. The apartments are very nice and affordable. One of the best apartments I have lived in very glad I made the choice of making this my families home.
Do not move here! I lived here on and off due to no other location available at the time and it was horrible. The AC is ALWAYS broken and I had no support from maintenance or the manager. The last time it went out was in the middle of summer and I couldn't get a response from any one there in the office. Their "emergency" phone is always turned off and you cannot leave a voice message on it because the message box is full. The remodel looks nice, but it is only cosmetic. They instead should have updated the AC units and insulation in the apartments. During the summer, even when my AC would work, the temperature would reach 87 ~ 90 degrees F in my living room (around 4pm - 11pm). The last 10 or so times I tried going to the pool it was never open. I think in the last year I lived there I was able to go swimming 3 times (in the mid of summer). Anyway, I noticed there were no reviews yet, so I decided I'd drop my 2cents and try to save someone the hassel and pain.

Hi There, We are so sorry that you had this experience at The Oaks of Lake Jackson. Since 2016 we have done a lot of updates to the community that you suggested needed to be done. For anyone who may read this, our 24 hour emergency phone line is something we take very serious and for any maintenance emergency we ask that maintenance have a 30 minutes response time. Our swimming pool is open year around from 10 AM- 10 PM and closed every Monday for maintenance. Again, we appreciate your review of The Oaks of Lake Jackson, all reviews help us see where we can improve and we strive to give our residents the best customer service in Lake Jackson.
