Love it here. Quiet, well maintained, responsive administration, no issues with smells, trash or smoking, covered parking for residents, and superb location. It is a block away from a MARTA station (super convenient for downtown visits or trips to the airport), close to independent restaurants, a small businesses, as well as different shopping malls with chain stores and various supermarkets.

Renter Beware! Lived here for over a year and the maintenance is horrible on this property especially due to the guidance of the new Community Manager. Black Mold in the hallways leading to the parking garage to unfulfilled requests in emergency situations. Hallways filled with trash to where you have to ask them to clean it. Sinks and showers back up all the time. This place has a pretty common area but the rest is smoke and mirrors. Used to be able to get things done and have truly nice people but with the new manager that has changed and nobody cares anymore.

Great experience here at the Oliver. While many of the residents here are younger, we enjoy the community, well kept facilities, respectful neighbors and there are always things going on if you choose to participate. Great amenities at the complex, walking distance to restaurants and pubs in downtown Chamblee, easy access to I-85 and I-285. Minutes from shopping and resteraunts in Buckhead. Very easy to connect virtually and in person! Highly recommended by one who has lived all over the country in many nice areas.

Common space is trendy and cute, apartments are small but cute and simple. Modern tech inside. Staff has been the detractor, hopefully the presence of this new property manager will invite more professionalism amongst the leasing agents and more fair and fun community interaction.

Location for Marta, 85, 400, downtown, great! Apartment walls and floors are extremely thin. Many restless nights due to neighbors music, walking even phone conversations! I spend more nights on my sofa than my bed lately due to this.

Friendly staff from day 1. The entire Oliver complex is very well kept. So glad I chose to live here.
Ammenties, location, and maintenance staff are great. Security is good in the lobby but lacks elsewhere.
From the day I moved in, The Oliver has been a comfortable home and a pleasure to live in thanks to the facilities, excellent staff, and great neighbors. .
I love living at The Oliver. I moved into the complex during a difficult transition in my person life and the staff was extremely welcoming/helpful during the transition. The property manager even called me personally to check-in on how I was doing with everything (not just from a living perspective) but on a personal level. I would recommend The Oliver to anyone!
There has not been a day that goes by that I do not look forward to being home. I love the community atmosphere and look forward to the community activities. It is a great way to at least meet and greet neighbors but also be introduced to the diverse culture here at The Oliver.
My experience at The Oliver has been great. It has everything I could ever need. From the spacious units, open kitchen and large closets the Oliver is a great time lace. I love the community activities, office space options and onsite storage. The staff is friendly and always available to help. 2 mimute walk from Marta, it has helped my cut my drive time and parking costs for the airport.
Very kind management staff.
Do NOT rent here. Its a horrible place to live thats extremely loud and the staff is horrible to deal with and act like they could care less about their job.
Maintenance guys are always great
Im signing my 3rd lease at this community. I love this place more than I can put into words!
