The team at The Olivine is top notch! The office staff is friendly, genuine and efficient. The maintenance team is very professional and skilled. The property is always clean, well maintained and the pools are great! The Olivine just feels like home.

I moved in July 2023; hoped to have this be my longtime residence. Now I can’t wait till my lease ends to move. Lisa in the office is very friendly and tries to help; other management staff makes little to no effort to assist residents. I’ve given notice and am moving as soon as possible. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t move into The Olivine! The location and layout of the apartment is amazing; the management and maintenance is deplorable. Move somewhere else!

There is so much to talk about in the short 6 months we've been here and none of it is good. Had a breaker box spark, management was notified yet brushed off the concern, almost caught the place on fire but we were able to put it out. Had money mishandled and so we had to repay our pet deposit. Gates are never working, mail room is sometimes unlocked, and there are car break in's happening once a month. We live in the second property and there is ALWAYS trash everywhere and dog poop left around. Got one of our cars towed even after we had it properly registered in their system and we had to pay either way. Not only is our patio roof caving in but the roof above the stairwell is doing the same. When the power went out they didn't notify anyone that is was happening till maybe a day after. While it was freezing outside. We just barley made it to the office and they gave us a tiny space heater. I feel bad for anyone who didn't make it in time. The dog park is horrible and dogs can easily jump the fence that's why is it is not shown in pictures. The only good thing I can say about this complex is that the maintenance personnel are very responsive. I've waited a maximum of 2-3 days.

Nice, clean, modern apartment with great amenities. Good location of Mopac in North Austin near The Domain. Staff were friendly. Maintenance was responsive and I never had any major issues (my water heater pipes did burst in an freeze and it was fixed in 2 days). The only downsides for me was the shower water only stayed hot for 2 minutes and would become warm despite the water heater being turned all the way up on the highway setting, and I never figured out why so I had to take very short showers and never got to enjoy long, hot showers. If you come back late and the bigger or normal size parking spots were all taken, then the parking spaces left are very tight and small barely fitting a car. The gate was also broken for half of the year. Overall, 95% positive for me and I’d recommend living here, very pleased and happy with my stay and I would choose it again.

I enjoyed my time at the Olivine, I lived in a one bedroom for a year and the a two bedroom for about a year and a half. Maintenance was responsive, but I never had huge issues. In fact, my biggest issue with the complex was the other tenants. LOL If you're looking for a centraly located property that has good amenities and a solid price tag definitely check out the Olivine.

I would not encourage anyone to move here right now. Each winter storm has brought disaster and there are many issues it seems like this complex is still trying to recover from.

I’ve had a joyous experience living at The Olivine. The staff are friendly and always address issues timely. The amenities are clean and I actually enjoy using them! I truly love this complex and I plan to stay as long as I am able! Improvements were made to the parking spaces in 2021 which has drastically improved the parking situation. I believe the management company as a whole has been great to work with and (to me) they seem to listen and care about their residents. I’m beyond happy.

It's a pretty cool complex and I like the location because it has quick access to MOPAC, IH35, 183 and 45.

I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I Applied at this location and just checked the online portal and my application was denied. Not one person from the office has contacted me and I have not received an email or any other correspondence in regards to this. I have rented apartments for the past 12 years and not once have I ever been denied. I have called the office to see what is going on but no one will answer and no one will return my phone call. They were real quick to take my $200 application fee though. So irritating. Horrible customer service.

THE PRICES ARE NOT WORTH LIVING HERE. I hate it here and would move out today if I could. Your car will be scratched because parking is too small/hard to find, there will be leaks in your apartment, and the RentCafe portal was a poor choice to make by all for rent processes. We brought issues to the company within the two months of living here that remain unsolved. The management has changed multiple times over, and remains unwilling to listen to tenants about issues. Do not expect emails to be returned in time, and expect zero budge from management.

I enjoyed my time at Madison at Wells Branch. It's right on Mopac, which is convenient and close to 35. Management is friendly and easy to work with and maintenance took care of any issues I had.
