Onyx at 67

I am sharing my concerns because I don't want people to end up like I currently am. I have only been here for 2 month, I have cockroaches my AC has not been working for a week now. maintenance has been out multiple times and tells me they fix the issue and I get home from work and nothing will be fixed. I have called and left multiple voicemails at the leasing office and the emergency phone line, nobody has even tried calling me back. I live on the 3rd floor and my apartment is 90 degrees and it is not livable. I would NOT recommend staying here not worth the time or your money.

I have 4 years living in property and for the last 4 months the new administration has show the real work accomplished. Good job to the new management ????????

I have loved staying at The Onyx. The new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, granite countertops and grey color scheme is really nice. The new management has do e a great job of updating the entire community w a new pool, fitness center playground and dog park. I think its a great value for your money and a great school district

They have renovated all of the apartments here with new white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, grey color scheme and flooring. The fitness center is fully renovated with all new Life FItness equipment, the pool is renovated and they put in a new playground and dog park. I've enjoyed my time here. The new office staff is very friendly and responsive to our maintenance needs. The appliances are all new black GE appliances so they have really done a nice job with bringing the community up to date.

Please DO NOT move to these disgusting apartments. The carpet hallways are filthy and don’t get cleaned. The parking lots are covered in trash, raccoons and opossum tear up the dumpster bin. You can literally see roaches on the sidewalk and in the hallways of every unit. Maintenance doesn’t respond to anything. Some residents stay up all night in the parking lot drinking beer and throw their glass bottles all over the parking lot; causing you to have to park even further from your apartment, so you don’t get a flat tire. Broken down cars taking up parking spots. Maintenance just replaced cabinets in some of the units and left all the old rotted wood outside attracting lots of bugs. It’s so embarrassing living here. It’s not safe living here. Definitely go somewhere else, especially if you have children. Please, I’m begging you DO NOT MOVE HERE you will regret it within two days. No matter how clean you keep your apartment, no matter how many traps you buy, no matter how much bug spray you buy, the roaches will not go away. You can see roaches crawling on the walls in the hallways of the units.

This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. If you want to be comfortable living, this place is not for you. I’ve been here two months and almost everything in my bathroom has broken. Whoever “renovated” these apartments was not licensed. Not to mention they were rude about the mailbox keys that took tenant's months to get, apartments has foul odors, Decks aren’t finished, and not enough laundry units (you have to pay to do your laundry) or parking, hallways outside are carpet and never cleaned, just awful. 0/5 stars if that was a possible rating. It’s embarrassing living here.

This place is literally trash! The office staff are beyond me! They don’t communicate they fix stuff when they want to not to mention when someone move out I never knew it took 1 day to get the place together. Full of roaches it’s just not a living environment AT ALL. I don’t wish nobody to move here at all. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Corporate have found the right fit with Jamie! Kelly and Carolyn are also on top of things! I’m happy to see new parking lots, trash emptied multiple times a week. The staff have been personable, humble and timely when it comes to any issue I have had! Heard Jamie even got new carpeting in common breeze way areas approved!

I knew I was in trouble when I saw the condition of the building. The carpet was not clean or well kept and the hallway walls are not clean. It's like no one cares about the building in which they live. Inside the apartment has new carpeting, but the rest of the flooring was greasy and sticky. Painters did some of the poorest work I've seen. I've complained about a dripping faucet that keeps running all day and all night. All this was fixable but the real problems began when I put dishes in the dishwasher which promptly flooded the kitchen. My dishes were relatively clean, but I wanted to start fresh and place clean dishes in the cabinets. Now they sit in the sink. I have complained to management, but no one responds. The worst thing is the cockroach infestation. Foolishly, I signed the lease before I saw the apartment. I hope this can be resolved quickly but I am not confident about that.

It's the worst place ever. My bathroom ceiling is full of mold and is falling apart. My AC isn't working it feels colder outside than it does in my apartment. My dishwasher is also not working. Be aware, the maintenance is awful here they don't do their job.

They decided to close all laundry rooms without saying why for 2 months and counting now. We have a right to do our laundry. And every time I try to contact them they never answer me. The people that run this place really don’t care about us at all

I have lived in a few different apartments in the Kc area and could write a book about how poorly most of them are maintained but the office staff and maintenance here go above and beyond to make sure things are in order. Thanks Park 67 for making me feel at home .

The new staff really turned it up a notch! Everything is really feeling like a community. Neighbors helping neighbors. Great place to call home.

Everyone around here is pretty nice. my neighbors, the office people the guys outside.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years,the apartments are infested with roaches,I have OCD and I keep my home clean, I’ve never had this problem before until I moved here,talking to other neighbors,they have the same problem as well, on top of that management is TRASH, people in the office are extremely RUDE! They don’t care about their tenants,new or Old, they make mistakes regarding rent as well I’ve had several times were i had to pay different amount of rent every couple of months,they are hardly at the office,it’s never open only when they feel like coming to work,their customer service is the worse.dont give them your money find someplace else because these apartments will do nothing but stress you out.

This place is trash. If I was you I would not live here. You will never get a hold of anyone in the office. Leave messages and no one returns your call. Maintenance suck. Neighbor's are loud don't care about who lives around them. I can go on an on about this place. LOOK SOME WHERE ELSE. THIS AINT IT. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE I WOULD.

Angela was really friendly and helpful thru a really stressful time for me! Even got me a upgraded unit at the last minute ! Grounds seem tidy and the neighborhood is a good one! I’m excited . Thanks Angela ??

i scheduled a appointment to look at a apartment that they had AVAILABLE. they didnt even bother to call me ahead of time to say “hey we dont have anything available or someone else leased that apartment” but instead they jack around with you and play some 8 year old mind games with you. so if i were you, look somewhere else cause these guys are not worth your time

They were two weeks late with the move in date, did not apologize. Apartment we moved in to had water damage, a dishwasher not in the wall, and door knob fell apart in hands. They don't communicate with the maintenance staff. this place is genuinely awful and their maintenance people yell at you. would give no stars if I could

This place is a joke! Do NOT move here!!! There are roaches outside all the apartments, trash all over the place, takes weeks to get maintenance to fix anything, and so far this summer the pool has maybe been open a month!

Been living in a two bedroom apartment w/ my wife for about 5 years, and we're done. The rent is getting way to high,and it's not worth it. Been checking around and have found some nicer apartments near. Way too many bugs and cops always seem to be here because of some crime and we don't feel safe at all. When I go over to neighbors all the apartments are run down inside and old looking. We're leaving as soon as our lease is up. It's horrible and I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I've been here 3 months and me and my family is about to move. First they have cockroaches which they don't tell you about. Second all of the mail boxes has been broken into and they have yet to fix them for 3 months so you will have to drive to the post office by target to pick your mail up, and third there is no parking available after 8 pm not sure if there is 5 car per household but it's not worth it.( you will have to park on the street and walk to your apartment)
