Seems like the pool is only open during office hours during the week and not on the weekends. If we want to swim on the weekends, we have to go to another complex or go pay a rec center for access. Bugs and rodents are out of control. Cracks in apartment stairs and sidewalks so be careful because they will ALWAYS say they are not at fault if you have an injury

DONT COME HERE!!! I've been here for 3 weeks and seen every roach known to mankind. I put in a maintenance request, and no one has done anything to repair my kitchen sink. I have to use my bathroom sink. They didn't clean they just painted over everything, which made things worse. There's cracks in the walls. The fireplace is separating from the wall. There is no microwave or a place to put one. Everything is outdated.

After reviewing our maintenance requests, no work orders reflect these concerns, and all occupied residences are renovated. Our maintenance team will happily inspect your home to resolve any issues with your sink or fireplace. If you are missing an appliance, we will gladly supply it. In-home pest control is offered weekly by request, and building exteriors receive regularly scheduled treatment. When a resident reports pests, we will provide continual service to resolve the situation. As your review does not include a name, we cannot reach out to offer a resolution. Please give us a call or drop by the office at your earliest convenience. We are eager to address your concerns and create a more enjoyable lifestyle for you.
I wish I could give no stars! This place is the worst! They make all these promises of a beautiful location and updated units and it’s all a lie. The parking is atrocious, they have pot wholes all throughout the complex, they leave your requests for maintenance unresolved, etc. My husband and I moved here in May 2021, because it was close to where we worked. We were shown one type of apartment that was newly renovated, and under those pretenses, we applied to live here, and were excepted. Only to find out when we moved in that it had been a bait and switch. We lived here for six months without a laundry fob, so we had to find laundry elsewhere off the property. They shut off the water at least once every month but still charge you $100 per month for water. We did not have keys when we first moved in and had to wait until the following day until we got the keys to our own apartment. The office staff is horrible, and they do not take any request into consideration. I called about an issue and was hung up on twice! They leave notices on your door about maintenance or some administrative work one afternoon and think that that is enough notice for you as the resident to comply the next day. The pool was closed and only recently has been reopened. The trash situation is horrendous, people leave trash everywhere, and nothing is done for days and days. Don’t get me started on the roaches, which is a “building fee” that we pay for monthly but you as the resident have to schedule pest control, and still have roaches year round. If my husband and I could leave right now, and not be penalized, we would! We are leaving when our lease is finished in three months and trust me we are counting the days!

The property is poorly kept. The concrete is molded and cracked. The leasing office is BEAUTIFUL. BUT, the apartments are not. There is trash on the ground and touring the facility some tenants had broken slide doors. Please be careful and tour the facility first BEFORE paying the application & administrative fees because they are expensive!

We've lived here for over three years. During this time they have undergone new administration. The current Administration are very kind and always work with us extremely fast on any issue we have! The maintenance staff is always extremely fast if its an emergency, and they have a great app where you can report anything now and after-hours hotline. Ive seen so many improvement in the last year (diffently for the better). We live in one of the older style 2 bedroom apartments (not yet renovated) and love the step down living room, gas fireplace, and lots of storage. Our master bedroom has a huge double closet with so much space. There are a lot of negative reviews here but I think it is towards the old management. We have not complaints!

They’re Predatorial practices has cost me and several other residence so much money outside of rent. The Communication with there residence is horrible and unprofessional. The maintenance crew is slow with you’re work orders. The water stays off without notice. Parking is horrible!! I mean horrible!! I paid almost 700.00 dollars to get my car back in one month.

Everything they list about this complex is false. Prices are not what they are listed at on this site. Moved in almost 3 months ago the a.c. Has not worked since. Spoke with several people here about it. No one does anything to address the issue. Complete waste of money and can't trust anyone who works here to do what they say they are going to do.

This is by far the worst place of living I have experienced; my roof started falling(literally) and they only glued it back together so I still have big water stains in my ceiling, the air never worked in the summer and my heat isn’t working in the winter and it’s 35 degree .. Maintenance takes their time and you will only be serviced in time when speaking to someone higher than management, PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME! If I could break this lease without penalties I definitely would !

Three dead from two separate shoot outs. Gates are never closed, no cameras at entrances, and no security. Even after the shoot outs. Pools that has been nasty green water for over 3 years. They still list them as amenities in the complex. Over whelmed with trash, cats, and cars. Trash need to be taken more often. Cats need to be caught and at least get shots and sterilized. Broke down cars and work vehicles need to be moved because there is not enough parking as it is. Some have been sitting for months.

Very nice and quiet,has a tennis court and pool. Washer/dryer hook ups are very important to me. Most important we are close to stores, malls & schools. Whenever we have a problem in the apartment, maintainance is there. They will shampoo your floors also.
