I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time . For two years I’ve had no problems with this property. It was always clean, quiet & I felt safe. Recently my vehicle was tampered with . Parts were stolen and not only mine but several other vehicles as well. I don’t see how this can happen when we have nightly security. Who’s clearly not doing their job. I’ve wrote managers several times and calling the office is only a recorded audio which is useless. There was also several break-ins in apartments which were swept clean. Nothing is being done and the rent is still increasing and the halls are dirty and filthy. A year or two this place would’ve got 5 stars but not today. Spend your money else where !

I want to tell you about our experience of living in these apartments. We moved into this apartment in April, with a contract for a year, so we are still living here. When we first came for the tour, the area seemed to be gentrified, we were shown 1 bedroom showroom with new furniture, the manager Camilla was also friendly. The problems started as soon as we moved in. In our apartment, the refrigerator was already scratched and dented, and the stone countertops were all stained and chipped. I have also been in other apartments there is the same. All gas grills on site are out of order. There is dirt and debris on the floors, they are rarely cleaned. The chairs at the pool are dirty, the big umbrellas are not working properly. When we invited the maintenance staff to deal with the countertops, since they literally absorb everything that is on them, they said that this is not their responsibility, but I am responsible for this and have to pay. What's really surprising is if this is bad stuff why am I responsible for this? Although the manager Camilla said that this problem is in all apartments. One day when I was at work, the maintenance staff opened my door with their key while my wife was sleeping and entered the apartment. It literally scared her. I was angry and I didn't give them permission to enter. Today, when I was swimming in the pool, the pool cleaner took my clothes and threw them in the trash, mixing them with dirt, so that it turned into dirty mess. Although he saw me and today is not the day to clean the pool. I read other reviews and saw that people are also facing problems with the staff. I am writing so that the management pays attention, and the new residents mean that everything is not as good as it seems at first glance. You really should ignore the reviews people leave as soon as they moved in and pay attention to the reviews after they check out or for long stays.

I have been living here since August and I’ve gotta say, life has been great here. Although I had some mix ups with the staff, they were quick to rectify the issues and ensure that I was happy. The quality of these apartments are top-notch. They not only look good, but you can tell they are made with high-quality materials. The community is beautiful and the common areas are so nice. The only concern I have is for parking spaces, but management is working on making this better for us. It’s nice to feel out of the city but still have close access to all the stores I need. You will not regret your decision to move here, I sure don’t!
