Property Ratings at The Opus
I would recommend against living here. The building charges very high rent and fees but they do not actually follow through with things. For example, the snow removal is often late and incomplete, tenants let their animals defecate in the elevator and outside the door, and the appliances don’t work properly. The ice makers do not work “because the contractors did not set them up” You must use difficult apps to enter and exit your apartment because the building does not have a real doorman or intercom system. Getting a physical key is a substantial additional charge. You can hear everything your neighbors do because of thin walls. I’d recommend looking at other buildings in the area - this is not a luxury building really. For the rent you should get more
