Property Ratings at The Orchard & White Oak Apartments
I took a tour of an apartment at The Orchard apartments today, they are doing some major upgrades on the property. The manager Falana was an upgrade too, very nice compared to the last ones.
I toured an apartment at the orchard too, i like them both. Mrs. Falana don't mind being out in the heat lol.
My son and I viewed an apartment at White Oaks & The Orchard. It was a perfect fit for him, and the manager Mrs. Brown was very sweet. I think he's going to like it over her.
These apartments are great the environment is even better I love these apartment the manager new Falana is a very understanding person she get the job done I recommend people to live here ??
I was looking at the orchard apartments and the managers were so nice, they answered all of my questions and i had a lot of them, even the maintenance guy so friendly lol.
Mrs. Brown is great, i needed an apartment asap and she got me in quick.
The staff is very polite they reached out to me to see if i still needed an apartment, after i applied a month ago. Not all complexes do that, Mrs. Brown and Kendrick are sweet and funny.
