Property Ratings at The Orchard Townhomes
These are truly beautiful spacious townhomes that make me feel like I’m coming home to luxurious living everyday. The location is great and the community is wonderful!
the homes are gorgeous. i have zero complaints about them and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. there are no amenities at all, so the thousands of dollars you pay has no extra benefits like you would get literally anywhere else. except a clubhouse, for which you pay all of the utilities. that’s right! you pay the utilities of the clubhouse, storm drain, sprinklers, and more! i got to find this out as each month’s rent added another fee. these fees also would start out as cents-a few dollars, now, it’s up to $30 per extra fee they didn’t tell us about when we moved in. don’t get me started on trash. you pay for the dumpster every month (not disclosed in the lease) AND you’re REQUIRED to pay $25/month for a “valet trash” service that comes 5 days/week, and they skip days often. no recycling either, by the way. you get to put out one (maybe two depending on which staff you ask) trash bag per day. otherwise, you’re taking a trip to the dumpster if you don’t fall within the ultra specific rules of putting it out. also, you have to get your DOG DNA TESTED so that if they find poop on the ground, they can identify whose dog it is and fine them. several hundred dollars. i have three months left here and while i’m sad to leave, my rent will be $100 more expensive by then, not including the $150 they’re raising our rent this upcoming year.
Orchard is a beautiful community close to many amenities and schools. The facility is professionaly managed and well maintained. The properties are thoughtfully built for families with kids.
The Orchard is a very clean quiet community! The lights at night lighten up for safe walks.
The Orchard is a beautiful community with a wonderful staff. The move in experience has been the best I've ever had.
While the neighborhood is new, it already has a sense of community. The neighbors seem to take care of their properties and we believe it’s going to be a beautiful development once completed. We love the open grass areas and trees being planted and the neighborhood is dog friendly. Feels like home.
All maintenance concerns I’ve had have been addressed within 24 hours. The community is quiet, and any and all interactions I’ve had with neighbors have been positive. Staff is super friendly and approachable. The unit interiors are absolutely gorgeous
The orchards management has been amazing from the beginning all the to the move in. Madison was great she went above and beyond to help with questions, fast response time. The community is very clean and safe. They did a wonderful job on landscaping!
Living at the Orchard has been great. The community is very quiet and I feel like I have a lot of safety and privacy. Working with management has been a breeze - Madison is so willing to help and answer any questions. I would definitely recommend living here.
Great Place to live so far, Stunning views, close to everything. I mean really who wakes up and gets to see the mountains every day.
Really love the location and the townhome community! I got the Twin Home and it’s a great size plus it has a fenced backyard!
