Came to visit and definitely felt like a well taken care-of community. Lots of activities and schedules by the team.
worst complex to live in. unless you want, roaches and rats. bad managers, uncleaned common areas, no security, repair's done on your apartment. loud noise in the middle of the night and people running up and down the hall ways screaming and cussing. then this is the place for you. it is close to all the stores, so people love to bring all the store carts back here and leave them in the hall ways. This whole add should be removed its very false. They only show you a model Apt.

Drug dealers still to date coming in to apartments to sale; I'm not talking medical legal marijuana. Meth dealer going to people, God knows what else. Management says they can't do anything till a "Resident" gets proof, a photograph" Even though they have paid Security Guards, but they look the other way, probably bribed. Security would walk by doing nothing when Homeless people were in the Jacuzzi !!! There were homeless on the roof every night and would climb down & through removed screen of laundry to plug in phones, wash in sink. REALLY? They'd put senior disabled people at risk telling them to get proof?!!! That's why my family member got out. Praise God.

The situations that you described are not typical here at The Orchards and our community is made up of a great group of individuals who take pride in where they live. Although your family member has moved on, we still wish them nothing but the best in their new home!
Don’t even consider this place to move in. There is nothing good to say about this pitiful place. Supposed be for senior living, but I see young people wondering around the place more than seniors. Office people are sooooo unfriendly, security is terrible (I lost my out going mails three times), the place is sooooo dirty, Im having roach problem from the day I moved in. Moving is not an easy thing to do for a old senior lady like myself but I’m so happy to say that I’m finally moving out of this place. Please take off this place from your listing!!!

I live here; $10 rent insurance, utilities charges ÷ bldg. water usage per # of occupants in your bldg. × # in your apt. add trash fee, runs about $89 more per month. Roach issues!

My apartment is excellent. Management keeps it up to date and it is located in a nice community. There are no roaches and rats. I love living here but I may have to move due to yearly rent increase.

My wife and I, have been living here for almost 1 year. It is conveniently located near shopping centers, gas stations, fast foods and transportation. The residents are friendly and it is pet friendly. The management is very friendly and helpful. Our only complain is when you open your windows to get some fresh air, some residents smoke outside and the second hand smoke comes into your apartment.
