I paid my rent on time faithfully every month, but yet I lived in mold , elevators scares, homeless people sleeping in lobby. I can go on for days and I still have videos and pictures of the whole experience. Most important POOR MANAGEMENT! I never received my security deposit still to this day every time I call I get the same answer every single time

The office knows my dog by name and I love it when they give out the free treats (Kala does too). The staff has changed around a bit, but they're all really nice. They always ask about my classes and I feel like they care.

When I first moved in, I needed to make a change to the floor I lived on and the staff was really nice when they made the changes. Every time since then, they’ve always greeted me by name and made me feel super welcome. Sad that I’m graduating this year because they’ve been great!

This past month has been an ordeal since I've lived in the 4X4 Osceola suites. In between the bug infestation that's building wide, the non-functioning washer and dryer, the mold infested and broken air conditioner and wasp nests in the hallways, I have had nothing but bad experiences since the first week I moved in. The first thing I noticed upong arriving was the disgusting condition the apartment was left in on Moving Day. The carpets are full of unknown stains, the furniture and floors are covered in the white paint that was sloppily put on the walls and the wasp infestation in the outside hallways were just a few of the first things I encountered. In the weeks to come, it became apparent that there was a major cockroach infestation when small ones began climbing out of the power outlets in the bathrooms and kitchen. Afterwards, my roommates and I found ourselves killing 10-12 roaches every 6 hours every day we've lived here. The wifi, which was non-functioning when we arrived, took 4 weeks to set up since the property manager on site, Craig, basically abandoned our unit and told us Xfinity was coming, which they never did because an appointment was never made. Our cable is still unconnected as a result of this too, even though I personally went to get it connected myself after Craig told my unit there was nothing the building could help us with or do. Now, after the cockroach infestation had come to a head since my roommates and I had seen the double the amount in the kitchen, the airconditioning unit completely broke down and won't be repaired for another two days. And an top of everything, just in case you didn't think it was enough, the dryer broke down yesterday afternoon. I will spend the rest of the time I have left on my lease looking for another place to live and I warn EVERYONE who thinks about living here about it's horrible conditions and the even more horrible management team in charge. Cardinal Group, if you're reading this, I recommend you send a more competent management team to your properties and I BEG EVERYONE READING THIS TO NOT LIVE AT THE OSCEOLA APARTMENTS.
the rent might be pricey for some people but if you like to be close to campus, secure place to live, modern appliances, friendly management, this place is for you! Oh and they have studio style apartment too if you don't want roommates.
