Property Ratings at The Outpost Apartments
There’s many things to complain about this place. First thing we noticed when we got here was the bad maintenance of the place such as the kitchen lights that doesn’t work well, the toilet letting water out and the outlets need to be fixed cause some of them are loose. The wall has marks of not fixed blows on it and it’s just painted, the bedroom doors are bad placed letting a space where the inside is visible from the outside. There’s people sometimes yelling and hitting the walls.

DO NOT SIGN THE LEASE AGREEMENT! Way overpriced for nasty, roach-infested apartments. They screw you out of everything they possibly can! The apartment manager, Tracy is extremely rude and downright trashy! They add random charges for ANYTHING they want and change the "rules" whenever they please just to get more money out of you. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! You have been warned
We have lived here a few years now and there used to be nothing but people rolling in and out of here all hours of the night, we were even scared to go near the office because there were horrible people that lived above it that would scream and yell. Now it is a wonderful family place since they were evicted by the new manager. The new manager is very nice and she has completely turned around Casa Maria, since January 2016 when she became the new manager. She has done everything she can to weed out the bad people the previous manager moved in here. The maintenance man is nice, he is quick and gets the job done right away. It's nice to be able to feel like we have peace of mind and call Casa our home.
the management is always helpful and fast if anything is any repair in the apartment the maintenance man is always there within minutes good safe place for my kids
We moved in back in March. These apartments are really nice & affordable! They are clean & keep up well! Neighbors are nice folks! Manager & maintenance man are very friendly people! We live right above the office & they are so nice to us! I am a mother of 2 & this place is perfect for families! Very family orientated!!! I would recommend these apartments to everyone! Close to downtown & the mall as well!!
Causa Maria Apartments is a great apartment Complex to rent from
They have a major roach infestation and dont take care of the problem they seem to replace the landlord's every other month with crazy uneducated people . Would get complaints from the landlord downstairs just because my toddler children were playing inside ,telling them to be quiet several times when I first moved the first landlord that was there assured me they could play and be children as much as they wanted and be noisy because it was just her down there but then another landlord took over and she just kept complaint even trying to come in admin !e if she Ned to tell my 2 toddlers stop running . Seriously!? It was ridiculous!!! When I was moving out the maintenance man even came out screaming at us even in front of my children for some stupid reason. It's just a horrible place with worst management ever to be treated that way so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
