I have been a resident here for approximately four months. The things I love about this place include cleanliness, great communication with management, and a very friendly environment. Things I wish would be better is the trash service. A lot of residents leave trash outside their doors every day, disregarding the trash pick up schedule. I know we are struggling with a consistent trash removal pick up system but trash should not sit in the hallway for five consecutive days.

besides having a package thief and a management that doesn’t care to do anything about it, the community is great. super clean and quiet, the parking garage and property are relatively secure.

Great spaces and amenities. The neighborhood is great for biking to nearby restaurants and activities on Broadway & I like the gym at the complex. My only complaints are security of the garage and my mail was stolen a couple of times.

Would not live here again. Amenities are low quality and pool is always gross and breaking down or residents break glass. It’s been shut down for several reasons over the last year. The community is messy and people steal packages and leave the community areas gross.

Honestly, not the best experience and I have only been here less that two weeks. Moved in only for convenience to work. Poor treatment by office staff on move-in; hallways need deodorizing really badly, stinks of trash, and outside the building (all the way around just smells awful); constant smell of urine. These things need to be addressed. An embarrassment.

Definitely will not get your money’s worth, harassing emails, things are constantly breaking and taking weeks and months to fix, the mishandling of garbage has led to a fly infestation all over the building, charges and fees go up every month with the weakest excuses behind them. Plenty of other buildings in the area that are just as new.

This property appears to be fantastic "on paper"--terrific amenities, up-and-coming location, etc. The reality is that the building is not well maintained or managed. Things like the pool and hot tub have regularly been out-of-service (~3 total months) since the building opened last summer. Three main problems here: 1) Multiple of residents do not respect the property whatsoever. From dropping trash, glass, etc. in the pool and hot tub to allowing their dogs to use the hallways, elevators, etc. as relief areas, there seems to be only apathy to how many of us perceive the building. 2) Whether it is the building's management, Greystar's representatives, or the owners of the building, not much is being implemented to curb all this bad behavior or compensate the upstanding residents for missing out on the experience they're paying for here. We routinely receive emails warning us of exorbitant fines if we're caught doing something like letting dogs pee in the hallway, but (apart from another resident informing management of a violation), there isn't a way to enforce any of these rules. A simple installation of security cameras in the elevators and hallways would probably resolve the issue, but either someone doesn't want to spend the money or they can't figure out how to drill a few holes. 3) While management should not be blamed for some of this bad behavior, I have to say the attitude in regard to our complaints has been unacceptable. When complaining we're brushed off or given a bunch of excuses but rarely are the issues solved.

A great place to live! The views are unmatched to many other buildings within the same price range. Staff is friendly and helpful and always encourage the community to come together. Building is maintained nicely- our cleaning lady is so sweet and awesome! I look forward to seeing her when I grab a morning coffee (another building perk).
