The move has been a wonderful experience. The only issue we had the dish washer not working but maintenance came straight out and got it fixed. Coming from another complex that will just complete tickets without doing anything, this honestly felt nice to have a team we can rely on.

I love my cute little apartment. When I had maintenance issues staff was right on it and fixing the repairs. staff are always outside cleaning up the grounds
Nice and peaceful place to live. I have lived here for three years and I love it. Staff is attentive and nice. The community is nice and clean.
I really like it here. The management team and maintenance crew are great. Location, location, location! The pool area is beautiful! Clean and kept up. I wish the breezeways were cleaner and some need re-painted.

Very well taken care of and very lit up and safe easy access for parking and great space for your dog. Have found everyone nice and it is back in a quiet area but close to everything.

The only thing I don't like is the limited amount of parking for my building. I feel there are too many "reserved" spaces. This makes parking in the evening difficult.

The apartment itself is great. They keep the grounds decently clean. The only issue we’ve had so far is that the internet you pay for, is not very good. Ours keeps cutting on and off and have had to call spectrum multiple times to come out. Also, the phone service here gets really low so you can’t switch to your data to run something that you need internet for.

The management is good, very accommodating. The maintenance has not been ideal, but the management does their best to provide the best service. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good layout. The area is nice as well.

The office staff is really amazing and so are the maintenance guys. They are willing to listen and care about their residents. Time and again they have proven to hear feedback and act on it. Not only that but the area and other residents are very peaceful and it’s always clean. A safe place for families and young adults near so many stores.

Overall I love the community! Very quiet and cozy even though we are so close to a main road. Occasional noise from the neighbors, but overall I love the area and being so close to grocery stores and any other store I could possibly think of.

Hands down a great experience. Management is usually on top of everything especially Ross. Apartments themselves are relatively nice and plenty of space. As for activities there is a playground and pool as well as gym on site for residents.
I've been here for around 2 months now and have liked most of the elements of the place, when I first moved in the shower had very low water pressure and the dryer barely worked, but they have since sent maintenance out without me bringing it up and those issues are now fixed. One minor gripe I have had was a lot of how to set up things like internet, water and the like was obscure and not explained well witch was annoying being my first apartment I've had.

El complejo muy bueno, excelente áreas, principalmente el área de la piscina donde podemos disfrutar en familia y pasar momentos agradables, lo único en el apto donde vivo con mi familia tiene varios detalles que a veces incomodan como por ejemplo los quemadores que se dañan muy seguido y otros detalles. De lo demás nos sentimos bien de poder disfrutar de este complejo.
