Property Ratings at The Overlook at Interquest Apartments
I have lived in a bunch of apartments over the years, and I have never had a management team be as strict and petty on move out as this one is. They charged me $120 cleaning fee despite the fact that I cleaned the place right before I moved out, and they charged me over $200 for new carpet in the bedroom despite the fact that it was already stained when I moved in (as I noted on the move in condition form). The bathtub got dirt stains over the time I was there and I could not get them out despite scrubbing it multiple times with strong cleaners. I'm guessing they charged me for that too even though there was nothing (reasonable) I could do about it. The staff is very polite, but they have very strict policies and rules and they do not budge on them one inch, no matter what. Do not move here if you want your deposit back! The least little dirt will take it all away!

We stayed here for almost a year Mrs. Julie was very helpful and nice but she doesn’t work there no more. Nice apartment neighbor were nice everything was nice & quiet.

I do not recommend this place. Worst place i hav ed lived in 10 years of renting. I bought a house after dealing with place for a year.

All of the staff at Overlook has so much pride in the work they do and it shows in everything! From the moment we stepped into the office, we received one of a kind customer service. The grounds are well maintained, they host monthly events that are always fun, and the amenities are top notch (especially the fitness center)! Best of all, it’s close to the highway and other shops are near. The Overlook is our favorite by far & we look forward to many more years here.

This is a wonderful place to live. The complex is always clean and well maintained, the units are built well so I never hear noise from my neighbors and the staff is always very friendly and professional. Maintenance always responds quickly and efficiently and the location is excellent, being right near the mountains. I’ll highly recommend living here!

This place looks beautiful and the location is amazing. The staff is horrible, the units are extremely cheap and they treat the tenants like they are under a microscope constantly. They do not tell you about the high utilities other than what you have to get on your own. There are constant parties with military and no peace and quiet. Each tenant is treated differently with approval. The gates are always broken or open for anyone to come through...what’s the point of it being gated? I wouldn’t recommend anyone with standards to rent these over priced units.

These units definitely have the potential to be great. The pictures taken have definitely captured the beautiful views and amenities as well as the adoring atmosphere. Although the unit may be very intising, the staff has been very rude to my guest. Every issue, every complaint, every noise has been pinpointed to my apartment and honestly I can't figure out why except for obvious reasons that I dont wish to speak on. I feel as if every move I make has been watched. Not sure if I'm the only resident that feels this way but I've definitely never experienced this before.

We moved here back in December. So far, we're pretty happy here. There's some new development and construction around us but all in all it feels very open and lovely. We have a partial mountain view. It was nice to be the first residents in these new apartments. They are handsome units, with open floor plans, granite countertops, and plenty of storage space. The appliances could be a little better, for example, the garbage disposal and dishwasher are a bit weak, but all in all we are happy here. We especially like the on site gym. Great equipment, clean, and they have classes on demand on a nice big screen. I'd recommend living here.
