Wonderful!!! Quite & very peaceful…beautiful at night…& in walking distance to a great hang out with friends and family…couldn’t have picked a better place to live…

The Ovilla is a very nice community! It is pretty quiet most of the time. The other residents are friendly. Staff is also friendly and helpful.

Maintenance is always done in a timely manner. Everyone on the maintenance team is always very respectful, responsive, patient, and aware of what their doing and their surroundings.

These apartments are affordable with very good amenities. The office personal are professional and personable. Come join the community! It is a great place to live.

Don’t like the extra service fees the charge for water. Also you are limited who can come over. Limited on a lot of things. Also will not be renewing my lease.

Nice apartments. Only complaint is parking , not enough spaces. Quick response on service requests. Love the location and community. Easy access to everything.

Great place to live very clean and quiet I have a live here going on two years and this place is lovely, friendly place to live and also a safe place to live for your children

I've been living at The Ovilla for a year and have had a great experience so far. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with modern amenities like stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors.

I have been living at these apartments for almost two years and in the same building. Amazing experience I must say. I wanted to switch building but remind you I have to get another garage and some of them are not always available because of the needs of other residents. I love living over here and I plan not to move any time soon!!

I like the property, and it’s very quiet most days. However, we have had some packages stolen. It’s quite upsetting and there doesn’t seem to be anything you can do to stop it.

Ovilla is the perfect community for me and my children. We feel safe. The staff is professional and friendly! Couldn’t be happier to live here !

Cool apartments Nice pool view, Apartment manager is rude. Overall everything else went great Overall other then a few issue we enjoyed our move in.

My experience since moving in has been wonderful. I am glad I decided to move here. The front staff Robin and Kim are very professional and seem to care about the people living in the complex.

The Apartments are a great place to live, and the staff is the best ever. Being by B&B Theater is great. The people in the community are great as well and friendly and watch out for one another. The ground and facilities are kept up nice and clean. I'm thankful that God has blessed me and my family to be here.

Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful! The apartments are amazing and the staff Dona good job making sure everything is ready to go when it’s time to move in.

I have been here two years and it’s excellent so far. They keep the apartments clean and everybody is so nice. They’re always trying to find ways to make the apartments better.

I love my new apartment home, it’s really close to everything I love to do, shop and go to the movies. I love its pet friendly environment. There is a doggie park as well as bathing depot where you can bathe your dog is you like. It’s very quiet and they keep the property exceptionally clean!!

I am very satisfied with my residential experience. Apartment staff are very helpful and professional . The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I strongly advise anyone looking for an apartment home to check out Ovilla Legacy apartments.

Love it here very well maintained quiet community!! Everything is near, so no need to drive too far. Highly recommend The Ovilla Legacy. You’ll love it as well.

It’s very peaceful, neighbors are polite. It’s very clean inside and outside. The pool area is nice I have a great view from my balcony. I definitely give Ovilla five stars.

Love it!! No complaints at all.. when I moved in I felt very welcomed. The staff is awesome and very friendly, and the complex is very clean. I’m more than satisfied!

If you want a clean and safe community where the staff treats residents like family instead of transactions, this is the place! Also, maintenance responds swiftly to any and all issues.

My daughter and I have been here at the Ovilla a year now and it’s been great. Ms Robin, Ms Kim and Ms Sophia have truly made our stay welcoming and comfortable, their interactions with their tenants can’t be beat. My grandchildren love them and they let it be known each time they see them. Ms Robin and El have captured their heart. Maintenance issues have always been prompt and addressed in a timely manner. All-in-All, the management have made our stay here at the Ovilla a positive experience for us.

Depending on where you live parking sucks. You can tell the apartments are just thrown together. They look nice but have issues once you actually start living in it. Too much construction for the prices they are charging.

It has been a very long time since I've been in an apartment and the staff has taken really good care of my family. I don't have to worry about their safety because Ms. Robin, Ms. Kim, and Ms. Jerrica are like aunties to my babies.

It’s clean and safe and quiet. Friendly staff. Maintenance is always timely. I resigned my lease and have had no issues the entire I’ve live here. I highly recommend it here.

The staff works extremely fast and the repair guys are professional and complete services. The only issue I have is the lack of pest control, it’s out of pocket rather than the responsibility of the complex. Much of the issues are the tenants. Dog poop, dogs off leash, loud pool parties for those living around the pool. Lazy trash ppl not washing the floors from valet pick up. Routine stuff that the staff has to keep telling ppl not to do. Why idk if ur paying this amount of rent, you’d think id wanna keep the dwellings nice. Overall it’s extremely nice and safe. We had a gorgeous view from our 3rd floor. Neighborhood and neighbors are nice and courteous. Good parking. Children are never out in the parking lot and the gates work for security. Interior is really nice with windows and good electric saving.

Beautiful place. Jerry is cool people. Spacious units. Clean property. I like its smoke-free environment. Pet owners clean up after their own pets.

Maintenance is faster responding & great at their job. The front office is amazing and very home feeling. Pool is nice & great for the kids. My son & I really enjoy these apartments and glad we came here!

It is a great apartment complex. The people here are extremely nice and the location is perfect for somebody single. Also, It is a dog friendly apartment complex

It has been great since I moved in a few years ago. The people in the office are wonderful as well and always helpful. Never had any issues with my apartment or neighbors. Very peaceful in these apartments.

I love Ovilla so peaceful and clean. By far best apartments I’ve ever lived in and truly have only one complaint which is parking! ?? but love it here overall.

Very well communication have not had any problem with neighbors or staff. When something is needed they are very responsive and helpful. Workers attitude is positive and the property is beautiful very well kept.

Just like family …they care …. About lifes situation…communicate with the staff they will help within guidelines ….you will love living in this beautiful community .

Can’t rent out club house. Should be able to with how much we pay. Gym also isn’t open 24hrs. Overall good place to live and nice leasing agents.

I appreciate the staff all the way around they are the BEST. I have never lived in a community with office staff that shows concern compassion and take the time to listen to your concerns and address them. Moving to this community you will not be disappointed

It’s cool. They be overcharging for a lot tho! And the parking situation is ridiculous, if you’re not home by 8pm, go ahead and plan on parking outside the gate fr. The community cool tho haven’t had no problems with neighbors.
