It's been nothing but wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful my neighbors are great and the amenities are stunning. The neighborhood has lots to do great restaurants and close to downtown. Perfect five stars!

My Husband and I have loved living here at the OxBow!! It is clean, modern and respectful of residents. Its cute to see animals that live in the building, yet you wouldn't know because the property is kept very clean. Staff and residents seem to be very nice!

I have lived at The Oxbow in North Kansas City since the first week it opened in February 2023. There are many positive aspects but sadly many negative ones too. Pros: Great rooftop & view of downtown, convenient location & pet friendly. The gym has nice equipment but it’s tiny and randomly placed on the 3rd floor with no windows. Cons: Cheapest building ever made - it’s falling apart and always under construction. A LOT of water damage throughout which lead to mold. Lights flicker in all apartments. Parking is not safe or SECURE because anyone can walk in/out at any time. Garage is not enclosed so car gets dirty daily.
I was looking for a studio apartment in the North Kansas City Area and toured several places and the Oxbow was by far the best of the list. It has a great location with tons of places to eat and have fun right near it. A McClains Bakery and coffee shop also just opened up on the ground floor. Across the street from that is a gentlemans barber shop thats almost like something out of a movie. PLUS your car is off the street in a controlled access garage. Did i mention they are pet friendly? Most the residents have pets. The apartments all have brand new GE appliances and fiber internet is included in the rent. There is a very nice fitness room also. The 9th floor is simply gorgeous and there is a pool and bar area with tons of spots for parties, dinners and meetings.The staff are very helpful and will go out of their way to make the move in go smoothly. I absolutely LOVE it here.
There are a lot of fun things to do in the area like restaurants, KC current games, and close proximity to downtown area. The apartment building itself is very modern with great amenities and a welcoming community

Great place to live and a very walkable neighborhood. The common amenities on the ninth floor of the building are fabulous and staff has been extremely pleasant to deal with.

I love living at the Oxbow. I just renewed my lease here and I’m sure I will continue loving it. It’s a beautiful place with an amazing amenities, but the best part is everyone on staff here. They are always so nice and helpful, they know my name and are intentional with everyone that lives here. I also love North Kansas City. It’s the perfect location with cute little shops and places to eat and it’s close to down town. I love this little gem I found :)
Great location with an amazing view of the city! I absolutely love the layout of my apartment with spacious bedroom and plenty of storage rooms. Dorsey loves the dog run and neighborhood for her daily walks too!

I absolutely love the Oxbow! I have lived here for over eight months. I love the walk ability, the neighborhood, and the amenities that are offered. The staff is very friendly, and I feel very safe here living alone.

So far so good! The unit we are in is very nice. The maintenance team is always quick to address any issues we have reported. The staff is nice and always willing to answer any questions we have had. Lastly the amenities are great!
The management team is extremely responsive and professional. My quality of life is quite high, considering it is a new build and well kept with friendly neighbors.

Very nice place with great amenities. However they only provide you with one fob to enter the building. To let anyone else in, you have to buzz them in with an app that's kind of broken.
The Oxbow is a wonderful place to live with a great view of downtown Kansas City. It’s conveniently located and the complex has a very nice rooftop pool.
