For a place marketed as luxury, they do not give you the luxury to choose your own internet service provider. This is my third week living here and I still do not have internet set up since AT&T has a strike going on. This would not be an issue if tenants were allowed to choose their own service provider that can actually do their job. For future residents who work from home and need internet access, just know you will be forced to use AT&T as your internet service provider even if they cannot provide you service.

Been here for almost a year now an our air conditioning is basically useless. The duct was ran the incorrect way when building the unit an I understand stuff happens so they kindly gave us a portable A/c unit which helped but didn’t solve the problem … so here we are almost a year later an other residents are having the same issues so management is going to take our portable unit to give to someone else ? Leaving us back where we started .

The Oxmoor was a saving grace for me after I unexpectedly needed a place ASAP. They worked miracles with me and I was in my apartment 24 hours later. Since living here, everything has been top tier and I cannot speak more highly of my experience. The maintenance team is ON TOP of things, and respond quickly to work orders. I have been beyond impressed with The Oxmoor team from the managers, front desk staff, to the maintenance and grounds keepers. Definitely recommend living here.
I have enjoyed to staying here. I love the amenities they offer. The pool area is beautiful!! Maintenance is timely in their response. I would recommend this property to everyone.

All of the nice amenities is what got me to move in and I don't regret it. In the summer it is so nice to have a pool to relax in. The gym is open 24 hours and is very convenient. The coffee machine in the office is a life saver.

I toured The Oxmoor the beginning of February and loved every second. Everyone is the office is so cheerful and eager to help. Everything looks brand new. The property is very well maintained. The application process is quick and easy. I applied a little after 1pm and got a call from the office (430pm) that I was approved. I am super excited to be a resident of The Oxmoor!!

This place is fantastic! Great staff, friendly maintenance men! Landscaping is superb!! I toured The Desoto, one bedroom, and it was HUGE!!! I will be back in May to apply! My dog is super excited to play at the dog park.

The apartments themselves are beautiful. Each bedroom has a closet that’s the size of my childhood bedroom, I’m not even kidding. The complex itself is peaceful, it’s like a hidden gym outside of the city where you can relax. The staff is nice and responsive, which makes you feel valued instead of a bother like at some other places. Everything is clean which is important to me. Every resident I’ve met over the past couple months is also very nice.

I moved in around 6 months ago and have been extremely happy. The price is great compared to what some of the other nearby apartments are charging and the people in the office are such a pleasure to deal with and really care. I especially love the coffee in the clubhouse lol ??

Amazing, affordable, and the Publix just opened across the street. 5-7 minutes from I-65 and they have a great pool area, game room, and trash pickup. Danielle K is an awesome leasing agent, she’s very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!

Don’t be fooled by the nice landscaping and fancy cars . This complex has a SERIOUS security problem to the point where I don’t even feel safe to take my dog out at night . The lovely pool has also been taken over by a large group of unruly young NON - RESIDENTS . As often as they are run off, they just keep coming back ! The Birmingham police are also here at least once a week dealing with some drunken disturbance or other within the complex. The maintenance guys and management are very nice but are fighting a losing battle as none of them live on the premises (probably for good reason) I would not recommend this complex if you are looking for peace and quiet or to enjoy the facilities that you are paying for . I
