The Pace at Holding Village

Maintenance always responds timely and explains what will be done. This is very helpful. The entire team is always helpful, professional and courteous.

These apartments are not as luxurious as they were advertised online. They are extremely noisy, poorly constructed, and have inconsiderate neighbors. I've encountered over 30 maintenance issues. When I submitted complaints, the management often did not respond or simply ignored them. The only positive aspect is that the maintenance team is professional and polite. I recommend looking around first, as the noise level is excessive unless you’re on the third floor, which might be better, especially in the main building. Make sure to explore your options before signing a lease here.

Tenants are very friendly and management is very responsive to issues.

The main reason that sparked our interest at pace was the elevator. The overall building appearance impressed us over any of the many apt buildings that we visited over almost a year of visiting same

We have lived here for over a year. We very much enjoy this environment. The staff is always wonderful. It’s a pleasure to see, and to deal with, any of them. The space is well maintained, functions are fun, and there are plenty of options for space to do things outside of our own apartment.

The Pace at Holding Village is one of, if not the best communities in Wake Forest. The grounds are always maintained and the staff are always super nice and professional!

I love the openness of the floor plan I have. I love the big bathrooms, especially the walk in shower in the master bath. I love that come fall I have the ability to open my windows and they are screened.

The Pace is a very quiet, peaceful and clean community. It's a great place to take evening walks and lay out on the hammocks. There are always fun events planned. The staff is super friendly. I love that the location is right in the center of everything.

I don’t consider this property luxury. It’s deceiving when you see the clubhouse, pool but it’s like many other apartment complexes. People that live here don’t pick up after their dog, there is poop everywhere and trash. My place was new but I had over 20 repairs in 5 months. These are made very cheaply. You can hear everything and I have an elephant above me stomping around. You don’t have a designated parking space so if someone has a guest or many guests you have to park farther away. I was lied to a lot prior to moving in by my agent Taylor. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. A lot of money for nothing. You pay for the amenities, trash service etc..

We love living at the Pace at Holding Village. Extremely neat and clean both indoors and in the Courtyard and other outer areas. Very quiet. Maintenance done day of or next day if sent after hours.

My husband and I love it here at PACE. A great community and the staff do an excellent job at keeping everyone involved with events! A beautiful place to live.

Apartment had rust water in the shower, the sprinkler head in the closet was leaking and wet my clothes, neighbors are loud walls are super thin and the ceiling/floor between floors are thin. I complained multiple times about constant stomping and dog barking nonstop on the balcony above mine nothing is done about it. Do yourself a favor spend your money else where. They are new and just trying to fill up, apartments not well put together. They are constantly still working on apartments while still leasing out apartments and always sending out emails about moving your car for something to get worked on or an elevator or something is being worked on. If you looking for “Quiet Enjoyment “ this is not the place. And they expect you to pay a lump of money for termination when they’re the one that rented me a apartment with rust water.

My entire experience of leasing was extremely fast, clear, and couldn’t have been better! The community is beautiful and quite friendly! I’ve only been moved in for about 2 weeks and I am extremely happy with everything and look forward to the rest of my time here! Amazing community all around!

From move in to my first week living here, it has been an excellent experience. Staff communication is excellent and the amenities so far have been great. Package pickup is so easy, and no longer have to worry about things being delivered to my home.

I'm very happy to call The Pace at Holding Village my new Home! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. The leasing staff have all been very helpful and professional. Izabelle is amazing! she has answered so many of my questions and helped with concerns every time with a smile. I can't say Thank You enough! The apartment homes feel more like condos. The community is very well kept, and everything needed for daily activates are a very close commute.

The Pace at Holding Village is a super friendly and comfortable environment. The staff is always up beat, and a pleasure to deal with. I also enjoy that they have some activities to get folks to know one another. Great value.

We love it here. We’ve enjoyed watching the landscapers beautify the area. We waited a couple months for our apartment to be ready, but so worth the wait.

We knew immediately upon arrival to the community that this is where we wanted our family to live. It’s a beautiful space and thoughtfully designed for residents. So pleased to call The Pace home, could not recommend enough.

Living at The Pace is more than just a place to call home. It’s many experiences and places wrapped in one. Our areas feel like a coffeehouse, local gym, fishing hole, nature-filled park, and so much more. The staff is amazing to work with. When leasing and preparing for the move-in, Shea kept me informed from day one and once I moved in, Tara, Izabelle, and Josh have been so nice and helpful for all the community and maintenance needs. The apartment is modern with a beautiful kitchen, bathroom, and more. It’s styled to suit so many different tastes of decor. I look forward to seeing The Pace community grow and excited to see all that it has to offer.

I toured with Izabelle and she was amazing. This place is so beautiful and we are so excited to move in. They have a stellar sky lounge and we can’t wait to move in to the building with the pet spa! The manager lady and other assistant manager lady came out to say hi and greet us as well. Top Notch people and place!

We are so excited to move in to The Pace. Shea, Tara, and Izabelle have been so kind to me through the move. I've spoken to all three and done a virtual tour. I will be making a decision soon but seriously they're amazing! I cannot wait to move here.
