Property Ratings at The Pacific at Mission Bay
The Pacific at Mission Bay is by far my favorite apartment I've lived in. This is my third apartment in San Diego and I couldn't have better things to say. Cassandra and Sara are wonderful, the apartments are HUGE, and the pool is always clean. Work orders are filled quickly and I never feel unsafe (since they have patrol officers at night!). Thanks Pacific at Mission Bay!

Straight shot to Pacific Ocean and freeways leading to various local and out-of-town destinations -- mountains, desert, Mexico. Walk to Mission Bay, golf, tennis, schools. Gated; pool; Jacuzzi; parking; small pets allowed; onsite, multimachine laundry rooms; weight and cardio rooms; computer-equipped office space; very well-kept grounds; caring, responsive staff.

Thank you for the positive online review! We are ecstatic to hear of your enjoyable experience on living with us here at The Pacific! We are grateful that our community location and staff can make your home a wonderful place to live!
It's a good apartment with a friendly staff and a pretty good location. Right across the street from a basketball court, a golf course, and about a mile from the beach. One negative is no a/c in a lot of the units its very hot in san diego and with no a/c it makes it very uncomfortable sometimes. They say they have a weight room but its not a weight room no bench press or really anything and the highest dumb bell is one 25lb dumb bell. The pool is very nice and refreshing and the rose creek bike path is right outside with some awesome views.

Thank you for the 3 stars and reviewing our community, we greatly appreciate it! We are so glad you chose to call us home and you enjoyed your time here. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything in the future.
Overall a pretty great place to live. The rooms are pretty spacious and the living room is huge. Lots of great facilities, including a pool, hot tub, barbecues, party room, and a gym. There's also a paid laundry room, though I would prefer to have laundry in the apartment itself. The place feels very safe, the scenery is beautiful, and it's overall just a nice place to live. It's also very clean and the community is friendly. There are a few drawbacks. Parking can be a hassle because unless you pay for a garage, you only get one space per apartment regardless of whether it's a one or two bedroom, and parking on the street can be extremely difficult at times (and expensive if you forget about the street sweeping, which is every week on Grand for some reason). Maintenance is often very slow - the one elevator on the South side of the building was broken down for months before it was finally fixed, and we waited over a month for certain small things to be fixed within our apartment. They also charge a $50 "pet rent" every month on TOP of the pet deposit, which I think is absurd, and makes it just that much more expensive living in San Diego.

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and share your experience with The Pacific at Mission Bay. Yes our Apartment homes are very spacious and close to everything. Thanks for sharing your opinion about the parking. Unfortunately we do not have enough open parking spaces to assign more than one to each Apartment home at this time. We are also so excited to have our elevator back up, we thank you for your patience. You may always contact us at The Pacific at Mission Bay leasing office 858-272-7464 or thepacific@plpinc.net
