Property Ratings at The Pacific
Do not rent from Harbor Property Management. During my 12 month lease, my apartment flooded three times due to heating and piping issues outside of my control- one such incident lead to mold throughout my closet. The management took no responsibility and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The management was so absent that during these LITERAL floods from my ceiling- I did not receive a single response to an email or phone call. Not surprisingly, during my lease management turned over 3 times, while having periods of no management at all. I have truly never lived in an apartment complex so poorly operated. I moved out over a month ago and still haven’t heard a word about my security deposit- I have called and emailed nearly a dozen times. Please save yourself the money, time, and the excruciating headache this place will most certainly cause you.

Was attracted to this building by the assurances of security and cleanliness- night patrol, gated parking garage, daily maintenance etc. In fact there is no security, the gates have never worked (our cars broken into frequently), our mail deliveries are stolen from the lobby most days, and much of the equipment has been stolen from the gym. The trash chutes overflow with trash on weekends, leaking smells through the halls. The floors and common places are filthy and stained by pet owners. The building manager does not communicate with residents nor resolve the mounting issues. I cannot wait for my lease to end. You’ll be miserable here.

Where do I begin? I had to create a new profile to leave a review. My first apartment and they made the experience horrible. I came in with the original management and it was a nightmare trying to get them to respond to any service requests I had. Thought this current management would be better. They were just the same. Only thing good thing about this place is the location. Other than that, it was a horrible experience and waste of money. Other issues before I get into my rant: - Garage gate is always broken. And when I say broken, i mean the gate is almost always open. There have been transients who slept in the garage and definitely multiple cars that have been broken into - Packages get stolen every week. I have had at least 7 packages. Drivers don’t use the lockers and just toss them on the floor. Im not exaggerating. - $25 a month mandatory for “valet trash”, even though I lived 3 doors from the trash chute. Ended up taking trash by myself. Never felt right having someone pickup my trash outside the door. - You are absolutely not getting your full security deposit of $600 back. I left the apartment in good condition and I got an invoice of $150 taken out “for cleaning fee” and some other BS fees because of prorated etc. And they don’t tell you this when you sign it first. - Previous manager before was dismissive. Caught her in the hallway about the issue I described below and she did not stop her stride and said “sorry please send an email I have open house” I sent an email right after and never heard anything back - Took over a year to get them to contact me, and when they did, it was because I contacted them first. They are slow on service requests and sometimes mark them complete when they never came. They are not accommodating at all about the issues i had in my apt that made it unlivable and said I can move out. Im not kidding. Please avoid moving in here. The management are dismissive, why do you think they switched to another one in the span of three years? -

This place is so dirty. Don’t let the pictures full you. The hallways stink of poop and trash and management refuses to handle any issues. I’ve lived in 6 different states as a travel nurse and this has been my work experience

Hi, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location.
Management is extremely rude and hostile. There is a of vandalism in the parking garage and cops are always here due to the crime and situations in the building. I feel unsafe living here and have lives here over a year. I am ready for my lease to expire.

It’s seriously a joke. They lease the apartment take the deposit and then ghost you. I’ve never dealt with just unprofessional people in my life.
