Property Ratings at The PaDDS at Pebble Valley
I've lived here for over 5 years and the management is great. They take care of things right away, and very clean. Lots of wildlife walking around, park is walking distance away, grocery store, and other shopping very close.
Be warned – don’t expect your security deposit back… no matter how much you clean. They use the same tired, irrational excuses of how your work isn’t sufficient so they keep most, if not all, of your deposit. Yet, they are slow to respond if you have an issue. Terrible management and very rude once you are a resident.

When you do the final walk-through we will show you anything that needs to be done to avoid deductions to your security deposit. We will always work with our tenants to find a favorable solution to any issue.
