Property Ratings at The PaDDS in Waukesha
Trying to get anyone to speak to about applying or moving in is like pulling teeth. I've called 10+ times and sent multiple emails but have been met with radio silence
Can’t get ahold of anyone for any kind of information. I called another location and the man that answered seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. I liked the looks of these apartments online but if that’s how you’re going to do business then good luck.
This is a very quiet apartment which backs-up to a nature preserve. I've seen geese, fix, deer, Sandhill cranes and other animals in my backyard. The apartments are bright and well planned-out. The building manager ilives on site and is very responsive. Any maintenance issues are usually taken care of the same day.
