The Palatine Apartments

I've been living in this apartment for a couple of years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff here, from the front desk to the maintenance team, are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always on top of their work. The environment is welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient, making everyday life so much easier. The apartment has great soundproofing. As someone who is sensitive to noise, I truly appreciate this. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking for a quiet and convenient living space. The residents are also wonderful—everyone I've met has been friendly and respectful.

I just moved to VA from LA and everyone at the complex helped make my move so smooth. Everyone is so incredibly nice. The complex is clean, super dog friendly, and relatively quiet. I love it here.

I have lived here for about 8 months now. The staff at Palatine apartments have been so accommodating, understanding, communicative, and kind. They really care about wanting you to be comfortable and satisfied with your apartment home and they really care about the community. The office staff is so communicative and keeps us in the loop about anything that affects our living environment and updates to the building and surrounding areas. I especially want to highlight the maintenance staff, Jorge, Roberto, and Giovanni. I have had some maintenance requests and they were not only prompt but also respectful, knowledgeable and helpful with repairs. Great and calm place to live! Will give a 16 month update to this review as well.

Gio, Roberto, and Jorge, are the best, most professional maintenance team I’ve ever worked with. I have had 2 very minor fixes required, and they responded quickly, professionally, and fixed each problem like experts. Couldn’t be happier!

When I first moved to Arlington this was always my favorite building! The style of the apartments and furnishings is great - updated and chic but not too modern. The location of the building is ideal - right in the heart of Courthouse and walking distance to both Clarendon and Rosslyn. This building also has great amenities, including a gym and rooftop pool. The management of the building was always very professional and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend the Palatine!

I did the whole leasing process from outside the US and the team Harry/Olivia were very patient, kind and helpful throughout the process. I knew I liked the apartment at my first online viewing with Olivia but online and reality are never really the same except in this case. My apartment met every expectation when I moved in/saw in person the very first time. Extend my sincere appreciation to Olivia and Harry who made the process of getting an apartment in a new country as painless as possible. It’s been almost 2 months since I moved in and I have no complaints. The front desk is very responsive and helpful when I reach out to them.

The staff at Palatine is Fantastic and very Professional! Jorge has been very helpful and reliable for all maintenance needs at the community.

I have had the pleasure of working with Harry, the property manager and Jorge. They all really make up a great management team. Their responsiveness as well as willingness to collaborate is impeccable. Goes to show how committed they are to serving their residents too.

We have enjoyed living here. The staff is super nice and always helpful. Tim is always smiling and ready to help. The maintenance team, Jorge and Mauricio, come right right up every time we need something fixed. I highly recommend Palatine Apartments!

Jorge and his maintenance crew are dynamite and a super friendly bunch! Incredible customer service and always quick to resolve any problems! Really a great place to live!!!

I leased with the Palatine for a single year, and I've never lived in a community with higher maintenance and cleanliness standards. I lived in a newly-renovated unit that once had a single laminate floorboard come loose; after filing a ticket through the online portal, the maintenance staff were in my apartment within 3 hours to fix it. When we had a small electrical issue (my fault), the maintenance staff came up to the unit within the hour. The front desk is staffed 24/7 by courteous and polite professionals, and mail was always delivered in a very timely fashion. Cleanliness was also top-notch all around, from the lobby, to the common gym, to the pool deck. I never had any issues working with Bozzuto, and in retrospect I really can't see any negatives to the Palatine except that Courthouse is a pretty sterile (boring, to me) neighborhood. Great job, Bozzuto!

The Palatine is a truly great property. The management team is attentive and responsive to resident requests and concerns. Jorge and his team in particular are wonderful.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. There is lots to do and see nearby being so close to DC and the metro. The Bozzuto team that manages The Palatine are amazing! They do a great job with engaging residents with local vendor events/activities and really make you feel at home here. Olivia, LaTese, Tim, Daniel, and Harry all makeup an awesome team that make The Palatine a lovely place to call home.

Having lived in the DC area for 12+ years, 3 of those have been at the Palatine. This is, by far, the best apartment I've ever lived. Not only is the building top notch, but the staff is fantastic. Tim, the weekday concierge, is friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. He's like family and it makes living here even better. If you're in the market for a new home, look no further!

I moved the Palatine three years ago and it has been great. Apartments are spacious and very quite. The building is well maintained and if there is an issue staff is on top of it quickly. The common areas are well kept. Pool is great place to relax on the weekends. Only complaint is the gym is a little dated and could use Wifi.

we have been living here for 3 years. Overall we like the apartment and love the location as it is convenient to the metro, movies, restaurants, etc. only complaint is how expensive this place is. The amenities are not great. Pool is small and not enough chairs, plus no grills allowed, party room is small, has no kitchen and is in the same area as work stations so it makes no sense. Gym is outdated, small and depressing as it is in a basement with no windows. other buildings in the area have much nicer amenities. If we are paying what we are paying she should have nicer services, so we decided not to renew our lease and move to a newer building. Other than that, place is nice, maintenance is responsive and the concierge is the best.

I have lived at the Palatine for one year. For the most part it has been a wonderful experience, so much so that we have renewed our lease for another 13 months. Pros: great, large apartments relative to those on the Orange Line corridor in Arlington; Wonderful front desk, leasing staff, and maintenance team, literally have never had a problem they haven't solved quickly; Really convenient location to metro and Courthouse plaza. Several new restaurants and shops popping up all over; pretty cool (but small) pool and lounge deck. Cons: sometimes the common areas get a little disheveled on the weekends as it seems the folks maintaining these areas are off on these days; gym is pretty small, but has a decent enough machines; common areas are mediocre, but the apartments make up for it.
