DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I don't care if it looks nice and it's a good price, it's NOT worth it. I lived here for a year and had at least one problem every month the entire time I lived here. I wasnt going to leave a review, but I moved out in July and am still having issues with them nearly 4 months later, so I figured it was time. They can't hold management or maintenance employees and the employees they have do things to the bare minimum and most convince to them. Our AC broke and wasn't fixed for 3 days (not to mention that it constantly leaked and caused mold and no one would fix it the entire time we were there), our stove broke and wasn't fixed or replaced for over 2 weeks, our water heater broke and they graciously gave us the keys to another vacant apartment that had rat poop everywhere old dried eyelashes stuck to the counters and literal dirt in the shower, and lastly and most importantly THEY LOST OUR MONEY and tried to blame it on us (what we are currently dealing with 4 months later). This is barely touching the tip of the iceberg. When we tried to give our notice at the end of our lease, they refused to let us until it was too late (after going into the office to do so 4 separate times before the 60 day mark) and then they tried to charge us for a late notice. The apartments themselves have cockroaches that cannot be taken care of with any amount of cleaning and care and when brought to the attention of the leasing office (several times), nothing was done. The only positive thing that I can say about this place is the big parking spots and getting out of there but even that didn't keep the issues at bay. Management always seems annoyed when anything is brought to their attention and maintenance was always rude and always seemed inconvenienced to be there. I'll finish this with the fact that their "ammentities" were poorly taken care of and were closed a majority of the time. Their attempt to change rules and make things better only worsened it and I can whole heartedly tell you that this is one of the worst places you can live in corpus christi.

SOOOOO manyyy roaches and the place is disgusting! Do not move in this complex the apartments are filthy. RUNNNN! The leasing folks in the office dont care at all they will start out as nice but they literally do not care about you or the apartment complex. If I could give it a ZERO I would

We’ve lived in 2 of the apartments in this complex. They are good at coming out to fix issues but the fixes are only temporary. The pools are often closed and so that sucked. Our apartment smelled like weed and you could hear every step from our upstairs neighbors. Also, only half the washers work at the laundromat. It’s not the worst place, in fact we’ve been here 3 years, but we are ready to find a new and better place with good working pools, a gym, washer/dryer hookup, no weed smell, and less noisy floors. This place has been good for what we needed it for, but ready for a newer home.

I just moved in about three weeks ago. The office staff are nice and helpful. The apartment complex is quiet for a non-gated property. Besides not being able to find parking close to my actual apartment, being a challenge daily which I was told about when applying. Their honesty was helpful. Everything is else so far is good.
horrible place. on the very first night we were ready to move out! Roaches were everywhere! none of our doors close or stay shut or even lock. the worst part is that you can be in your underwear and walk out of your room and see random men standing in your kitchen saying "maintenance". They don't knock, they don't tell you they're coming. they just walk right in and pretend like there's a problem. trust me, there are WAY better places out there.
Our experience here the first time was good. Things are not going to be perfect but it was good enough for us to come back for a second time (without even researching anywhere else). However, this time around it has been horrible. Maintenance act as if we interrupted their nap time. They walk in with the most unpleasant attitude and their end result are even more pathetic. And that is if you are lucky enough to get a person that knows anything about maintenance. Management and office staff do what they can with what they have however, they do forget that the customer's satisfaction is the highest priority. Instead they take it for granted that we are bound by contract. But as we know- everything comes to an end. If we recommended this complex before we sincerely regret it and we will most definitely warn anyone and everyone to keep looking somewhere else.
We moved in in Dec and its not what we expected, for one we didnt get the apt we wanted. we got the ones across the street that look totally different then the ones they originally showed us. It is large and open and we like that. But every time something has to get fixed it takes forever and its never dine right the first time. Management is really good though and they really do try to get it done right they just need better workers. I love the location though its perfect for us, not too far from the shops but far enough from the traffic. in all its a great place for maybe a starter apartment.
