When I moved in, I expect it to be living in the Palmer advertised. Instead, the problems with the elevators, dog urine on the hallways, the pool, etc…everything that I was sold on, was never what I thought. This place is too expensive for what it offers.
Great experience I like the amenities I like the area close to the mall very family oriented and feels like a very safe community. I definitely enjoy living here. Thank you.

Love the complex! Super friendly staff, maintenance is usually handled very timely, decorated so cute for Christmas, and the area is great: walking distance to a mall, target, and corner store.

The experience overall has been good but…. Be careful with the key-fob door locks, you can be locked out from your apartment or in your are inside, you can stay the entire day locked in because either they do not have a replacement lock nor the could fix it. In my case, mine broke 3 times before they replaced it and now since is a regular lock they do not have the key to come inside to do any repairs if I’m not in the apartment.

Generally, I've had a good experience, but there are various things that could be improved. Whenever issues arise, although the leasing office is aware of them, it takes forever to fix. The fob system in our elevator has't been working for over a month. Every time you try to get to a floor, you need to try about 7-10 times before it works. There are water leakages all over the garage, getting my car wet and dirty. Additionally, there are leakages on our walls when it rains hard that have not been fixed. Otherwise, the amenities are nice and I like the area.

Great building with great amenities. Friendly staff . Make this your new home, you won’t regret it. Excellent location, walking distance from the Dadeland Mall, Michael’s, Target, PetSmart, Publix, Trader Joe’s and many other stores and restaurants.

Overall good experience. Elevators and general cleanliness can be improved but it has been acceptable. Extra parking spot is quite expensive and unreasonable for the area.

Amazing experience, bets treatment I have ever experienced from an HOA. Every month they plan events for the community to get together and the best part it’s all included as a resident perk. All amenities are impecable from the gym to the pool grills always have propane and if it runs out it is changed within 10 minutes. Over all would want to live anywhere else.

I’ve noticed an increase in roaches throughout the apartment complex especially in the elevators. This has never been an issue in the past 4 years that I’ve lived here.
