It’s a great, peaceful, clean, dog-friendly and just friendly in general community. The amenities are awesome and it’s location is very convenient, for me personally. The leasing office staff is always helpful and kind in their interactions. Neighbors are friendly too which is a plus. Love it here

Happy with our unit, parking is tough at times. Was recently told to remove large gas tank at grill per Fire code but notice them on decks thru out.

I love the view and the facilities. This is a lovely place to live, especially because you can walk to the pond and there are greenbelts everywhere. The apartment is very well laid out and works very well.

We just moved in and had an issue with the AC. The staff was very friendly and were quick to repair the AC. Someone even stopped by the next day to make sure it was working properly. Since we moved in a little over a week ago, we have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and neighbors. Everyone is so friendly!

Ryan at The Palmer made my move in process very easy. I was moving from out of town and did not have a chance to see the apartment before I moved in but still felt extremely comfortable. You are in good hands here and the clubhouse is amazing! All new product and beautiful finishes makes this one of the best places I have ever lived! I would highly recommend!
