The River District is on track to add trendy destinations including a food truck park, beer garden, and an outdoor entertainment center.
This walkable, park-like neighborhood offers access to miles upon miles of scenic paths perfect for hiking, biking, and skating. The White Settlement Trailhead Park is a popular starting point for these activities along with kayaking and canoeing. Grassy lawns neighboring the dazzling river has transformed into outdoor event space.

Property Ratings at The Palmer
Really nice , was very helpful , these are great apartments
Overall my experience here was poor. The hallways always smelt like garbage because the tenets continually leave garbage out in the hallways and the trash service is too inconsistent. The garage door is always broken. There is always dog poop on the lawn, and the doorway to get into the palmer always smells like dog pee. The things inside of the apartment worked well and my apartment was clean, but everyday having to walk through the filth and stench was aggravating. On top of that the management continually is changing. It changed more than 3 times while I was there, and none of them were helpful. It is really difficult to get quick responses from them. Overall I knew these problems moving into this place, but I thought it wouldn't bother me as I spend most of my time in my apartment anyways, but that just was not true. It was still annoying everyday to have to smell the hallway ect. I also understand this is not all in the Palmers control, as some of this is the tenants who live there fault, but I do not see this issue getting better. Its been more than a few months that I left this place and my new apartment complex is a night and day difference. I would not recommend the palmer.

Not a true luxury apt. My apt alway has AC issues. Loose fixtures. They never fix they only make it work till you call them again.

We went to try to talk to someone and look at an apartment this weekend however the leasing office was impossible to find. I tried calling the office multiple times and had no luck getting a hold of anyone so we ended up just leaving. I was looking forward to looking at these but they already lost my business.
Property Manager at The Palmer, Responded To This Review
We're so sorry you had this experience! We do not actually have a leasing office at The Palmer and office out of a model apartment- so we'd have to let you in. We're sorry you had trouble reaching us, we don't have any record of missed calls on Saturday and we are closed on Sundays. Were you calling (817) 918-9990 or calling through apartments.com? We hope you'll give us another chance to help you find the perfect apartment at The Palmer. We're sincerely sorry for the poor first impression.
