Round Rock is a vibrant suburb within 20 minutes’ driving distance of eclectic neighboring Austin. Round Rock is a rapidly growing suburb for good reason, boasting numerous tech offices, recreational venues, shops, restaurants, and apartments within its city limits.
Round Rock is home to the Dell corporate headquarters, in addition to IBM and Samsung offices, providing job opportunities and short commute times for many residents. There’s plenty to see and do in Rock Round outside of work too. Attending Round Rock Express games at Dell Diamond stadium is a favorite local pastime, as well as perusing the great deals at Round Rock Premium Outlets and La Frontera Village. Everything has been great thus far. I moved in around September and I have had no issues or complaints. Whever I do have a problem, someone always answers right away and is quck to help.

Overall, the community has been fantastic! If I had to point out one downside, it would be that some residents aren’t picking up after their dogs. Since we have PooPrints, I think it should be enforced more. I’ve unfortunately stepped in dog waste one too many times. Aside from that, I have no complaints—the amenities are great, maintenance is prompt, the staff is friendly and helpful, the concessions are excellent, and the parking garage is a huge bonus!

The most challenging experience is the leasing office not answering the phone. Everything is is so farso good. I am still coming into the apartment and am yet to get as much experience as possible to give a more robust review.

Living here is great! I appreciate the cleanliness of the campus. The units are new and nice. We moved here in August when it was still hot and we took advantage of the pool. Now that it’s cold, I get coffee from the lobby after working out in the gym.

These buildings are paper thin. Our upstairs neighbors are ridiculously loud. My roommates and I have made numerous (15 ) complaints with video evidence and the apartment management refuses to do anything about it. I know for a fact some of our other neighbors have complained about these tenants as well. If you move in here MAKE SURE you move in to the top floor because you can be as loud as you want with no repercussions.

We must say that the first two weeks were a dream, everything was fine until suddenly the problems began. We currently live on the third floor, that is, we have some neighbors upstairs who we don't really know what they do but from 9 pm until around 1 am at night they start throwing things or running, we don't know exactly and starting all the noise again around 5am.Well, here I am, this situation was communicated repeatedly to the administration .Well, in conclusion, the solution to the problem according to the manager's assistant was for us to move to another apartment , is like a bad joke .the solution was that they gave us was to transfer me and my family to another more expensive aartment.The manager's assistant had a total lack of empathy, she was not at all interested that we were going to incur moving expenses and that due to a problem totally beyond our control we would have to pay an even more expensive rent for an apartment that we didn't even like.

Love the amenities. The staff response time isn’t great and the events are poorly communicated and lack luster. Why have an instagram and an app if you aren’t promoting the event? Love the parking garage. I wish the gate in the back of the property opened with the app because sometimes I just want to walk over to those restaurants. If not the gate for cars, there should be another gate for human bodies to walk out.

good so far - one flaw I think about is how annoying it is that packages, especially larger ones, have trouble reaching my apartment because it’s a gated community.
i absolutely love living at the palmer. the layout is amazing. the staff is very friendly and helpful. my neighbors are great people. myb family is definitely happy here.
These apartments overall is in a nice neighborhood with great amenities. However, they could clean the building more inside more times a week. Currently they clean maybe once a week or every other week. In Addition, they are building a car wash next to the apartment which is very noisy right now.
It's the best place I've ever lived super friendly staff and neighbors gated and they have a great pool and the gym is amazing and the community room has ping pong and shuffle board it's all great

This apartment was filthy upon move in. I saw a ton of crickets and the hallways aren't cleaned nearly enough so I see dead crickets every day. There are always gate problems and they are always open when they shouldn't be. It makes me feel unsafe. The walls are also paper thin. One of the ladies at the leasing office is extremely rude and is not very helpful.

i love the fact that there are elevators, detached garages, the building is new. The gym really is well done. I like the safety features of an entry gate to anyone who has the sticker, the doors only accessible by residents with an app I like the interior design of the main offices and movie theater. When I locked myself out after hours, someone was there to help within 15 minutes.

It’s decent here. I have been having a cricket problem since move in despite pest treatments. Other than this, everything has been going well

Mmm well, really everything is very nice. Everything is impressive. The truth is that all the facilities are beautiful. I love the pool area, as well as the gym.
It has been a great experience. I like the area and amenities. The community is nice. I feel it is a very modern and upgraded apt complex. Definitely recommend it.
I can not recommend the Palmer enough! As a resident it has been amazing living here. The amenities are amazing and I always feel safe. They are also very attentive of what is going on.
I withheld a star due to a couple reasons. One is the excessive tech-y elements, such as needing an app to gain access to the gates & doors and not actually providing a physical key to your unit. Everything is electronic, so it's possible the gates/doors don't work properly. If your phone dies, you cannot access your apartment. If this was outside of front-desk hours for help, I am not sure how you would gain access. Another con is the package delivery service. Unlike other gated communities, the front office does not accept packages for residents and returns it to the sender. You have to sign up with a third-party package delivery company at a warehouse somewhere, and they will deliver it to you later. Lastly, the back gate that is exit-only is annoying if you live near the back of the complex. This should be enter/exit gate for residents like the front gate. Other than that, it's a nice place.

We move in on January 2024 to the apartment and have had a good experience in the residence so far. Good amenities, good customer service and staff.
The apartment and complex are great and every single staff member, down to the fetch delivery and valet trash people, are amazing. The front desk, namely Kathleen, Kayley, and Wynter have all helped me on multiple occasions with various things, even questions unrelated to the apartment (local recommendations etc) Lovely place to live with very helpful and kind people and awesome amenities!
Touring was great - feels safe and luxurious! Been here one month now and no problems. Love the amenities and the vibe. The pool is so nice. They’re upgrading the dog park area too!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Gates and doors are constantly broken. I question the security of the apartment constantly. Apartment is filthy and unsanitary. I always see crickets, other bugs, dirt, and trash all over the community. Walls are also paper thin so I always hear my neighbors. The parking situation is terrible. There isn't nearly enough parking near my unit, causing me to park very far and walk to my unit. In my time living here, I've seen at least 2 cars which got hit by others and caused pretty bad damage in their parking spots. Technology isn't great as the apps do not respond and the doors sometimes do not open. There are way too many apps to manage just for this community. The staff is rude. There is a lady who works at the front who is never helpful and has an attitude. The $75 a month amenity charge is excessive. It isn't worth it for someone who doesn't use any of the amenities except for the trash service, which I could just take out the trash myself for free.
I renewed my lease for another year because I am very pleased to be living at the Palmer. No more yard work, no more worries about needed repairs and no more huge homeowners fee.
The Palmer is maintained well, great amenities, and close to almost everything you need. A great place to work from home or not. Living space is spacious and designed very well.

I’ve been living with my family at The Palmer Apartments and I’m in love with our new home! I love how close it is to work & restaurants! Our building is on the perfect spot to the parking garage which is a big thing for us! We love it here!

I love my apartment for its fantastic amenities, like a well-equipped gym and large pool. The coffee area makes mornings perfect with rich brews, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The Palmer has amazing amenities and the apartments are brand new and spotless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the Round Rock area!
Almost a half-year of experience. So far, everything has gone well; I especially like the coffee, gym, and office spaces. I like how close the apartment is to many different restaurants and HEB Plus.
I love living here. The amenities are great. The staff is helpful and maintenance is great. Everyone is friendly in my building. It's convenient to shopping and dining.
