Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with the new management company, Lurin that just took over 2020. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and the apartment a wonderful with great natural lighting. What I really like is it's very near to work and Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is beautiful!

These are the worst apartments in Pensacola. You don’t have a parking spaces, you can’t sit out because the back patio area is completely molded, leaves haven’t been raked in years. Insects everywhere. Outdated everything. One working small size washer without hot water. Trash can overflowing every day . Please don’t move here if you have kids there is no place for them even take a walk outside, stay away ! You will regret if you move to this place.
These apartments are very poorly managed , if you move out here get ready to live in mold infested apartments , the manager does not care what goes on because she is a drug head herself , and your better off living in Pensacola Village.
This apartment complex is horrible maintained. The parking lot is extremely full of pot holes. Maintenance doesn’t respond to calls, the outside storage units is completely molded and have a horrendous smell. There is one dumpster located in Apartments is completely full all the time with trash running over. There are new owners whom has overpriced the apartment causing faithful tenants to move, there haven’t been any improvements in the Apartments in years. Don’t waste your time moving here because you will not be happy. I have seen project better maintained then this units. There is a outdated laundry room with two small washer and dryer that doesn’t work. Needs a lot of work and improvements because the price can be raised. Horrible maintained and completely outdated apartment for the new high price they are asking, which is ridiculous.
