Property Ratings at The Palms at Forest Hills
Rude, standoffish, nasty service when you call. Not to mention there isn't even an email for the property management. Dumpster is constantly overflowing. Paper thin walls. Can't wait to move out.
Neighborhood is filthy. Garbage piled up, trash over flowing, trash in parking spots, trash on stairs. Washer and dryer barely worked and are filthy. Dryer broken for months, had to go to 2nd floor constantly just to dry my clothes. Paper thin walls heard my neighbors blasting music, tv, arguing, and every time they went down stairs! Rachel is extremely rude. So many reviews of her being unprofessional, learned for myself. The palms has potential but with the management and maintenance they have to do better. If they treated their tenants better and took better care of the neighborhood it would had been such a better experience! Save your money! Go somewhere else!

I have never wrote a bad review for anyone, but these people really deserve it. They do business in a way that negotiation doesn’t exist. Please don’t waist your money and time!

The walls and floors are so thin. I could hear the neighbors next door fighting and throwing things every single night. Staff was rude and only cared about their paycheck. We couldn't move out fast enough. 0/10 DO NOT recommend. Id rather be homeless than live here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The apartments are run down. Staff is horrible, and nothing will be done about it, because the higher ups don't really care either. Not a good place to live.

Hi. We are always looking to improve, and we hope to speak with you directly to see what we can do better. We can be reached at (855) 327-8999. Thank you.
Rachel and Michelle are working together to keep the truth from the corporate office in New York. The floors sweat causing a slippery dangerous mess and there is mold in the apartments. There was mold on the ceiling in my apartment after a few days of rain management blamed me and said nobody had mold in their apt. which was a lie I later found out other residents had mold in their apts

The neighborhood is very good, so was looking around for an apartment and came across this complex. I entered the leasing office and they would not even offer me to be seated. Wow Rachel in the front office was super rude. Never seen any of the leasing agents being so rude in all my life. If this is how they treat a new business wonder how they treat their tenants. I see other tenants complaining about maintenance, pests and break ins. Do your research if you are planning to move in here.
Cockroach city! Maintance rarely comes to fix things! Do not care about their tenants! Make up new rules as they go so they can fine you. I regret everyday I moved in here and can't wait to get out...for living here is nothing but anxiety, health risk and so much more! I do not recommend living here...for numerous reasons!
The area is nice but it is close to some of the less nice areas of Coral Springs. This morning I came out of my apartment and found my car was on blocks. Someone had stolen all four of my tires and rims while my car was parked in the apartment parking lot. I moved into my loft apartment in April and overall I would say the place is okay. I think I would have been better of paying an extra $100.00 a month and picked a better apartment complex in the area. After the theft experience preferably one that is gated. The apartments are old and stuff breaks. The staff is okay but can be a pain when you want things fixed. My big issue is the A/C with the loft. The A/C is old and it is virtually impossible to keep the place cool in the summer without extra cooling devices. I had to buy a portable A/C because the A/C in the unit just didn't cut it. I will be moving once my lease is up to a nicer and safer place.
Coming from where I am staying now and having my home broken into two weeks ago. This seems like a great place to call home. It's very quiet and you don't see much people roaming around outside. My cat is welcomed and the apartment is beautiful. The only thing I hate is I pay for water and there is only ONE cable/internet company to chose from as he has made agreements w/ Coral Springs to be there only provider. I was told there were two but ATT denied that they provide for my area. From all of the reviews I've seen he is expensive, rude and his service sucks. This will be the reason that after a year I will be looking elsewhere. I am a heavy internet user and I need what I pay for. So anyone looking into these apartments keep that in mind.
I recently moved here through you guys. It was convinieron, easy, and helpful. I'm in love with my loft. The complex it self is also well kept and everyone is very professional as well as helpful.
I like this aparments the realy nice I move in last year the big apt my son move to this apt to I love the location the office staff very nice
