Property Ratings at The Palms Mobilehome Park
Management conntinually raises rent while not caring for the facility. There is massive rodent infestation and they cut down beautiful trees. We owned one of the best and beautiful homes for years and watched Star Management destroy that place and bully people by means of letters and their local manager who lives in the park. The pavement is still in disrepair and during our time there they tore down wood fences (that fairly needed repair) and replaced them with chain link fences. Now the place looks like a kennel or a prison rather a nice residence. There is a massive homeless problem on the street. If 1 person decides to read this and saves themselves from renting or buying here I will sleep well.
Terrible rent increases awful street noise from sirens and traffic lack of pest control by management
