The Community is a great one. All the tenants seem to be respectful of our shared space and good citizens. The staff is attentive and helpful, really nice folks. A shout to the maintenance team, quick & get things done. I’m grateful that I was able to find a place like this. Comfortable & Welcoming.
The complex is immaculately clean. Office staff is very friendly and responsive. Work orders are addressed immediately and any follow up that is needed is handled as a priority.
I really like the sense of community there is here. Most of us have dogs and through our pets know each other as well. It’s safe as well due to this.

The office was very professional in showing and helping with my decision. The apartments are nestled in a quiet community which gives it a homey look. It offers everything I was looking for...a home!

The interaction with maintenance personal doesn't come up in conversation when recommending the apartment or not. I would expect this type of maintenance at any place I lived at.
Never have to worry about any kind of repairs that need to be done, maintenance is always on it the same day.
Richard did a great job and had to come out on New Years Eve and again on New Years Day. Truly appreciated!

Love this community. The Managment and neighbors are extremely friendly. We feel like we are apart of neighborhood/ community versus an apartment complex. I also love the layout of the floor plan. Very spacious. The complex is also quite which is important to me.
I do love it here - perfect location, neighbors are awesome, community layout is nice. I was not happy with the way some things were handled during covid, but things are essentially back to normal. Rob and Sabrina at the front office are very nice, as are the maintenance people.

We are not happy with the landscaping outside our door--dead bushes for years. Also, the main entrance by the office is not sufficiently lit at night to drive in and pick up our mail. Have mentioned these items but the staff keeps changing and there is never any follow up.

We had an ant infestation for the better part of the year. Also there was never any parking for our second car
The ongoing issue with Mosquitoes has prevented me from recommending this community multiple times already. There are multiple residents complaining, I don't know why a permanent solution has not yet been decided on. Spraying works temporarily, the nest has not been located to my knowledge.

I love the staff and the property. It would be great however to get something done about the massive amount of mosquitoes and scorpions around my building
I love the location, the floor plan, the aesthetic appeal, and the amount of things to do in the area. The leasing team is also very professional and they great!
The staff has been amazing. I have lived in various apartments around the valley and this one has been the best by far. Its in an ideal location and any issue I have had has been resolved very quickly.
Location,location,location! It's so quiet and all you hear is the sound of birds and the tree's in the wind. It has a very unique feel. You don't feel like your at an apartment complex..Its more open and does not have that compacted,cumbersome apartment feel. Very serene atmosphere.
I would recommend for location, size of unit, pool, size of patio. I think the rent was way too high after the units were renovated especially considering the poor quality and workmanship in those renovations. I was in a pre-renovated unit for 5 years and didn't have any of the issues I had when I moved to the newly renovated unit.
I would recommend The Palms based on location and price b/c it does not get any better than that. I can't speak for all of the apartments but my 2BR/2BA is the perfect layout.
I would recommend the community because of the area it's in and because of the overall positive experience I had in my 4 years there. However, I would also be honest about my move out experience.
Safety, improvements and quality of residents are paramount to the managerial staff making the Palms home.
The issues that I am having are not that serious. I feel the Palms is a safe place for my family and that all problems will be resolved eventually.
Would recommend The Palms bases on location and amenities. Maintenance has a couple of issues but most requests are dealt with promptly.
My interaction with the staff was positive. He was professional and courteous.
great location and pretty large and well maintained units. a little pricey considering the cheap upgrades and appliances. Also most other residents are like minded regarding respect for others. however, some are less considerate of the quiet hours in recent months with newer tenants.
